Once Remus heard what happened to Sirius, he rushed to the Ministry to catch Sirius before he was gone forever.
"Pads...Pad...PADFOOT!" Remus shouted.
"Moony?" Sirius said surprised. "It was Wormtail not me!"
"I know, Lily and Harry survived by the way,"
"Really?!" Sirius asked.
"Yes and we are going to do everything we can to help you in your trial," Remus replied.
Sirius's head dropped.
"I'm not having a trial..." he said before being dragged away by the Dementors.
Remus was alone again...
The Marauders were gone.
One dead.
One who had betrayed them all.
One who was wrongfully imprisoned.
And one who was alone.
The lost night had come to an end but the war was only beginning...
