My Comfy Place

chapter 6

Type's POV
When we had lunch I made sure we involved Tharn in the conversation because I noticed that yesterday he didn't talk much. I want him to feel comfortable around us.

When we were done with eating it was almost 1 PM, and I know he needs to work, but it's a bit far from school, around 20 minute walk and he had 10 minutes left so I offered him a ride.

"Hey Tharn, come with me, I'm gonna give you a ride because if you are going to walk you are going to be late." I said .
"You don't need to do that." He said.
"But it's kinda my fault because you had lunch with us so now you going to be late. So please just come with me I dont want to feel bad because your going to be late because of me."
"Okay then. But you dont need to feel bad, I wanted to have lunch with you guys. "
I smiled hearing that.

We talked the whole way to his work place. He is actually a talkative person, but he is very shy and closed, I wonder what the reason behind it is.

When we arrived he looked at me and smiled. I really like his smile, he should smile more.

"Thanks for the ride, I really enjoyed it." He said.
"Its no problem, and it's nice talking to you."
"Yeah, I feel really comfortable around you."
"I'm happy to hear that, and you should smile more, I like your smile."
He looked a bit shocked hearing that.
"Thanks, but I need to go now."
"No problem, and text me if you are finished so I know you are okay."
"Okay see you."
"See you."

And then he walked away. I looked at him until he was inside. Then I drove away.
I really like him, I feel something different when I'm with him, it's not the same feeling I have with Techno and the others.

I don't know what it is but I'm not gonna worry, we will see what it is if I get to know him more.

Tharn's POV
I was really happy after lunch. When Type said he liked my smile I was a but shy because never said anyone something like that, but I felt really happy.
I feel really comfortable around him, around his friends to but less then with him.

I did my work like always, but I was happier. I got this weird feeling in my stomach after talking to Type but it makes me happy, so I don't really worry about it.

When I was done, I messaged Type that I was going home.

"I am done, going home now."
"Okay, take care."
"Always."
"If there is something you can say or text it ."
"I will if there is something, and you can send me to you know."
"I will, thanks."
"Why do you thank me, isn't it normal."
"Normally yes, but nobody said that to me before."
"Its no big deal, I'm happy I met you."
"I'm happy I met you to."
I was smiling like crazy.
"Okay, but I need to do some homework right now. See you tomorrow?"
"Ofcourse I see you tomorrow."
"Bye."
"Bye."

Now I was even happier. I really feel happy I met him. I know now how it feels to be happy again. I hope I don't mess this up, I really don't want to lose this.

When I came home, i was exhausted but I still need to do my homework. So I began working, it was not that much but it wasn't easy either. I was done around 11 pm.

Now that I am done I'm gonna take a shower.
After I was done showering I checked my phone. I got a message from Type.

"Hey, are you asleep?" He asked.
