Chapter 53

Tharn's POV

Today is Type's first day of work. After a year extra studying he can finally start as P.E. teacher.

First he wanted to work as a sports doctor but it was a bit difficult for him so he decided to just become a sports teacher.

Today is his first day and he is a bit stressed because he don't know what to expect.

He did an internship at a school but today is different he says, because he needs to make sure that people like him as teacher. Although that's what he says, because in the past he had some rude sports teachers and he wanted to make sports fun and not something people need to do because they need to.

So he's been planning his first lesson for 3 weeks now, he even tried to teach me and it was actually really fun. And thats weird for me to say because I don't like sports at all.

"Tharn are you listening to me?" I heard Type ask.
"Huh, what's wrong?"
"I asked what I should wear?"
"Just wear some sports shorts and a light shirt. But keep some neat clothes in your bag for when your classes are done."
"Yeah, that's smart."
"Yeah, you don't want to walk with sweaty clothes the whole day right?"
"Yeah, I don't like the sticky feeling."

So he took a shower and put on his clothes, he then made his bag, I made sure he had some breakfast and I gave him his lunchbox.

I then put in my work clothes and made sure I had all my papers I needed for today.

"Are you ready?" I asked.
"Yeah, just the normal stress because it's something new."
"I know, but you are ready, I feel it and I know you are going to do amazing."
"Aww you're so sweet, I'm gonna miss you so much. This vacation was too fast."
"I know but now it's time to do what you want."
"Yeah."

So we took our stuff and went to the car. I will drop Type off and then head to my job.

On the way we talked about silly stuff, to make Type more relaxed.

When we arrived he looked at me and smiled, he pecked my cheek and smiled at me. He then opened the door but I pulled him back and gave him a long kiss.

"You are gonna be amazing today."
"Thanks."
"No problem, let me know when you are done, I'm gonna pick you up."
"Okay, but you don't need to hurry here, if you are busy with something you can first finish it."
"I can always work on it tomorrow, today is a special day for you, you don't need to worry about this."
"Okay, but don't come to me complaining that your work isn't gonna be finished in time."
"I did that once and that was because I wasn't really into it."
"Yeah sure, excuses."

He laughed and got out of the car, he waved at me and walked inside.

And when I couldn't see him anymore I started the car and drove off.

~Time skip~

I'm on my way to pick up Type, he messaged me that he is almost done. So I stopped my work and hurried to him, I don't want him to wait.

When I got there I saw him coming towards the car.
He smiled when he saw me, so I think today went well.

When he got into the car he pecked my lips and gave me a hug.

"So did everything went well?"
"Yeah, it was amazing, the kids were complaining at first but at the end they really enjoyed it, so I'm really happy."
"I'm happy for you. You see, you didn't need to be so stressed that you are gonna fail, you are the best."
"Cheesy."
"I know."

In the evening we went to his favourite place to eat. We had an amazing evening and after that we went home and layed in bed, Type told me all about today and how he is looking forward to tomorrow.
