chapter 7

Tharn's POV
When I read the message I smiled.

"No, I was just done showering."
"Oh ok."
"Is something wrong?"
"No, I just can't sleep."
"What happened?"
"Its just that there are some problems with my parents."
"Are you fighting with them?"
"No, they are fighting with each other."
"Is there some I can do?"
"I don't really think so."
"Are you sure?"
"There is maybe something."
"What is it?"
"Can I maybe come over?"
"Of course."
"Ok, I'm gonna get ready."
"Ok, you know where I live right?"
"Yeah, I still know."
"Okay, see you then."
"See you."

Type's POV
I am happy that Tharn said I could come over, I am scared because my parents are fighting and I dont know what to do.

I put my clothes on and pack my bag for tomorrow. Now that I'm ready, I got in my car and drive of to Tharn's apartment. I got here in 15 minutes, I send him a text which apartment is his. I knock on his door. He opened it and smiled.

"Hey."
"Hey, can I come in?"
"Of course, come in."

I walked in and he brought me to the couch.

"Do you need something to drink?"
"Can I have some water?"
"Sure."

He walked to his kitchen and brought a glass water.
I took it and took a sip.

"Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yeah, thanks I could come over."
"No problem, you are always welcome."
"Thanks, it's just that it is the first time they fight like that and i didn't know what to do."
"I understand, but can I ask something?"
"What is it?"
"Why did you text me and not Techno or the others?"
"Its because Techno and the others are annoying when I need to rest my mind and they will ask questions that i dont know the answer of and you seem calm and I think you are a good listener to and that's what I need now."
"Oh okay, so do you know why they are fighting?"
"No and that's the problem, normally they fight over things but never this bad and I dont really like it."
"Okay, is there something you want to do that can rest your mind."
"Can I hug you?"

He looks a bit shocked, but he nodded. So I came closer to him and rounded my hands around his neck. He placed his hands on my waist.

I knew it was a good idea to come here. If I was going to the others I know they would say stupid things and I just need a hug now.

We stayed like this for a minute or 5 and I feel really good. I never hugged someone who made me feel this good.

"Are you feeling better now?" He asked.
"Yes, thanks."
"No problem, I think it's better if you go to sleep now, because tomorrow is school and it's already midnight."
"Oh okay."
"You can sleep on the bed, I will sleep on the couch."
"You don't need to sleep on the couch I can sleep on the couch, I'm already happy that I can stay here for today."
"Okay, I will give you a pillow and a blanket then."
"Thanks, and do you maybe have extra pyjamas because I didn't bring them."
"Yeah sure, wait a minute."

After a few minutes he returned from his room with a pillow and a blanket. I smiled at him, and thanked him.

"Thanks."
"No problem, and if you need anything, dont be afraid to ask."
"Ok, goodnight. "
"Goodnight."

He walked into his room, and I laid myself down after putting the blanket on top of me. It's the first time I sleep at someone else's house because I am actually afraid to sleep somewhere else, so my friends always slept over at my house, but here I'm not scared, I feel really comfortable even on the couch.

After a few minutes, my eyelids became heavier and I fell asleep.
