This is still George's POV!

***

George slowly opened his eyes, he took a deep inhale and exhaled. He had just woken and saw that the plane had landed. He quickly sat up and rubbed his eyes. He was here. He was in Florida.

Everyone was getting off the plane, George was grabbing his luggage, ready to leave the plane.

As he was exiting the plane, he got a sickening feeling in his stomachs, he was incredibly nervous. They may have been friends for years but this is different, they'd never seen each other face to face.

Both Dream and Sapnap would be there waiting for him. Sapnap lived closer to Dream than George did, so Sapnap had arrived their a couple days prior as they'd be staying at Dream's house for the summer.

As he entered the airport, he looked around and there they were. His eyes locked onto a tall man, with dirty blonde hair, wearing a green hoodie with a smile on it. The man locked eye contact with him and a large grin formed on his face.

George rushed over to them. He looked at Dream who seemed to have tears forming in his eyes, it was clear he was holding them in. George didn't say anything, it was understandable, it was emotional for them, they'd known each other years and they've longed for this day since they first met. This was a big deal for them and it made them insanely happy that finally their dream came true, they were finally with each other in person.

When George was close enough Dream pulled him into a tight hug. It was warm and made George feel safe. His emotions were all over the place, but happiness stood out over them all. Words couldn't begin to explain the joy him and both boys in-front of him were feeling.

Dream let George go from his tight grip and locked at him smiling. George's face was definitely red, he wasn't sure why, maybe because Dream hugged him? But why would that make him blush?

George turned to his left to see Sapnap smiling at him. George returning the gesture.

Dream took George's luggage and started to walk away, carrying it for him.

"You do know i can carry it myself." George pouted.

Dream smiled "I know. I'm being a gentleman." Dream chuckled.

George's face went red again, he looked down at his feet, smiling as he continued to walk, following Dream and Sapnap.

The drive wasn't too long to Dream's house. They all spoke about how excited they were and how amazing the summer was going to be.

Finally they arrived at Dream's house. It was a really nice house. Dream unlocked the front door and carried George's luggage into a bedroom, George following. Sapnap immediately sat on the couch and turned on the TV.

Dream laid George's luggage on the bed. "Thank you." George smiled.

Dream smiled and roughed up George's hair with his hands "No problem Georgie." Dream chuckled, he thought that the nickname annoyed George.

I mean it did. When anyone else called him if. But when Dream called him Georgie he didn't really care, he didn't know why but it just didn't bother him. Probably because they were close friends, right?

It was the next morning. George arrived to Florida late because the flight from England to Florida was a long one.

They all had their own bedrooms as Dream's house was pretty big.

George woke up, he rubbed his eyes and sat up. He grabbed his phone and check the time, it read 5am. George still had to get used to the time zones. It was early in Florida, but he couldn't go back to sleep, he'd only been there not even a day, of course the time zones is something he isn't going to adjust to immediately.

He heard the sound of footsteps outside his bedroom door, he got up and walked out his room to see Dream getting a glass of water.

"Sorry did i wake you?" Dream whispered, he sounded apologetic, he thought he had woken George.

"No. Your forgetting the time difference between Florida and England." George smiled, his hair was messy and he was rubbing his eyes.

Dream looked at him in awe. I mean he looked adorable. "Oh yeah, that sucks. Well good morning Georgie." Dream smiled, he couldn't take his eyes away from George's scruffy hair and how sleepy he looked.

"Good morning." George smiled back at him. "How come your awake so early?" George asked.

The smile faded from Dream's face, he looked down at his feet. "I never really sleep very well." Dream mumbled.

George's face turned to look concerned. "How come?" George asked.

Dream was still looking at the ground, he looked embarrassed. "Nightmares i guess." He felt like an idiot saying that.

George looked even more concerned now. "Do you get them often?" George didn't want to seem pushy but he wanted to make sure Dream was okay.

Dream sighed "Pretty much every night." Dream replied.

George looked at him. He seemed exhausted. Drained even. Even though it had nothing to do with him, George felt awful. He cared a lot about Dream and it upset him a little.

"I'm sorry Dream, that sucks." George didn't really know how to reply.

"Yeah. I've been to a few doctors and stuff but they can't really do anything, i just deal with it really." Dream rambled on, he hated expressing things like this but it also gave him a sense of comfort being able to open up about it.

Dream and George spoke for a while. They were sat in the living room and just chilling on the couch, talking as the TV played in the background.

"Should i go wake up Sapnap? It's pretty late now." George asked.

"Oh yeah i forgot to tell you. He isn't here. He had to head back home for some family reasons, he said he'll be back within the next few days." Dream explained.

"Oh okay." George replied.

A few hours passed and the two hadn't done anything all day. It was George's first full day in Florida and they had spent majority of it on their phones.

"Hey you know what." Dream said

"Hm?" George hummed in response looking up from his phone and staring at Dream.

"We should go to a party." Dream smirked.

"Why would we do that?" George smiled back and rolled his eyes at Dream's smug face.

"Well we haven't been doing anything today and i think it could be fun. The parties in Florida are amazing. Who knows you could even meet a girl." Dream teased

For some reason that sentence made George's stomach tighten. Dream was right, he could meet a girl. But he didn't want to and he wasn't talking about just now, he didn't want to meet one ever. He couldn't help but stare into Dream's eyes, his emotions were all over the place, he wasn't sure what he was feeling and why this sudden thought had appeared in his head and why he couldn't bring himself to look away from Dream.

I mean he was gorgeous. His scruffy, dirty blonde hair and his emerald green eyes. Although George couldn't see the true colour of his eyes, he knew they were beautiful. This wave of emotions was overtaking him, it was overwhelming. Why did he suddenly feel like this? And what exactly was this feeling?

Sorry if this chapter was boring lol i don't wanna just immediately get right into a bunch of drama and stuff because i feel like it's better to get to know the characters and everything first.

But i promise i will add a bunch of exciting things to this and there will be lots of chaotic moments lol but they also need some sort of normality in their lives lol.
