"He's awake. You can come see him now." A doctor informed both Sapnap and George.

The two boys rushed into the hospital room to see their best friend pale and ill, but very much alive.
(your welcome)

"Dream?" George's voice cracked as tears were still streaming down his face.

"Come here." Dream gave a weak smile.

George rushed to him and pulled him into his arms, allowing tears to flood out of his eyes.

"Careful." Dream laughed.

"Oh yeah sorry." George released Dream and stood back up straight, wiping the tears from his face.

"You too Sapnap." Dream smiled and lifted his arms.

Sapnap walked over and hugged Dream tightly.

"God I thought I was going to lose you." Sapnap's voice broke, it was full of so much pain.

"I know, but i'm okay." Dream gave another weak smile.

Sapnap released him from the tight hug.

"What happened Dream?" George asked.

"I don't even know. The doctors said I got shot, but all i remember was standing there waiting for you guys and then seeing George at the other end of the airport and then everything went blank." Dream explained.

"I shouldn't have gotten you to get the tickets, I should've gone and then this wouldn't have happened or it would've been me not you." Tears continued to stream out of George's eyes as he spoke.

"Hey no. Don't think like that, I'd rather it be me then you. I'm going to be okay, so don't pin any of this on yourself!" Dream said, comforting George.

A few hours passed, It was a lot later now. George had fallen asleep in the hospital chair beside Dream's bed. Sapnap and Dream were still awake and talking.

"Can you take him home please?" Dream looked at Sapnap. "He's exhausted and needs sleep."

"What about Aaron?" Sapnap asked.

Aaron. Dream had completely forgot about him.

"Damn it. I forgot about that, Jesus it's been such a crazy day. Okay take him to a hotel or rent out a place or something." Dream said.

Sapnap nodded. He didn't want to wake George as George would only protest and insist to stay with Dream. So Sapnap carefully picked him up and carried him out of the hospital.

Another hour had passed. Dream was laid awake, staring at the hospital ceiling when he heard the room door open. He looked up.

"What the-" Dream was about to get up before he was cut off.

"I wouldn't move. I shot you once, I can do it again." Aaron gave him a creepy smile.

Dream just sighed, he wasn't surprised. When Sapnap reminded him of Aaron it was fairly obvious who had been behind this.

"Not surprised?" Aaron asked, being cocky.

"Not really no. You better leave, I'm going to tell the police everything." Dream threatened.

"Except your not going to do that." Aaron let out a chuckle.

"Is that so?" Dream said.

"Because if you do, I'm going to kill your little boyfriend." Aaron threatened whilst giving him a smile.

Dream looked at him with pure anger in this eyes. Why was he doing this?

"So what, I'm supposed to let you get away with this whilst you continue to stalk George?" Dream asked, confused, he didn't really know what to do.

"Oh no I'll stop stalking your boyfriend, on one condition." Aaron looked at Dream.

"What's that?" Dream asked.

"Your going to come and work with me. Your going to forget all about George and the life you have. Your going to work with me and do as I say." Aaron explained.

"If not then I'll kill your boyfriend and all your family, simple. No connections, no emotions, nothing. You come with me and forget them and I won't hurt him." Aaron continued.

It was now the next day. George woke up furious that Sapnap had taken his out of the hospital. They were driving to go see Dream now.

"I can't believe you did that!" George yelled.

"I'm sorry, but you need to look after yourself too!" Sapnap explained as they walked through the hospital doors.

George sighed, they reached Dream's room and walked inside. The bed was empty and his belongings were gone.

"Is this the right room?" Sapnap asked.

George ignored him and turned around to speak to a doctor.

"Excuse me, where did this patient go?" George asked.

"He discharged himself last night." The doctor explained, she smiled and walked away.

George turned to face Sapnap.

"Well where the hell is he?" George panicked.

"I don't know!" Sapnap yelled.

George quickly pulled out his phone to see a message from Dream.

Dream:
I know your probably confused, but this was for the best, trust me. Don't look for me, don't contact me. I don't want anything to do with you or my past life. If anyone asks, tell them I'm okay and I've just moved away. I'm sorry but I have to do this. I will always love you George. Thank you for everything.

George looked up at Sapnap, tears forming in his eyes, blurring his vision. He showed the text to Sapnap.

"That literally makes no sense! Why on earth would Dream do that? We need to look for him." Sapnap yelled.

"He said not to. He doesn't want us to." George sobbed.

"You really think Dream would just up and leave, he worked to hard to build his life to where he is, I know full well he would not leave. Not unless he was forced to." What Sapnap said made full sense.

***

Okay so idk if this is good or not okay the next few chapters might be boring but like I have to build it up to make it make sense.

So i'm trying lol. But I hope this works out as i hope as then it'll be quite cool.

Thank you for all the love and support, it means so much! <3
