David requested a meeting with the mayor regarding the city and the huge dragon seen from time to time over the city.

They were invited to a lunch at the marina.

"Dear David, how are you? Good morning Madam.

But I don't see Rosette or Sylvia... One gets used to it quickly."

Taking a homemade cocktail of pressed kiwi fruit and sugar cane rum, David showed papers with plans and ambitions for the marina.

David: "I think Rosette and Sylvia are in town with Dany. They were going to the bank to open an account for her."

The mayor was already smiling and imagined Sylvia with her head stuck in the opening of the bank's door.

But when the cocktail was served, the mind relaxed.

Meanwhile, I was dragging in the street and blocking the sidewalk, my head in the window of the exchange office.

Mom was inside representing me. It was stupid but it was the law. I had to be physically present to exchange gold for currency and explain where I got the gold from.

Stockbroker: "Ooh, what a beautiful nugget! This gold is first choice".

After inspection. "There are no impurities. How is that possible?"

Me: "I was given it, another dragon, the giant...and he knows how to refine gold. It's alchemy, but I don't know anything about it. I'm too young".

"That's a coquettish sum. I guess it's to put it in the account... I don't have enough cash here and it's not allowed."

Rosette: "How much is it?"

Agent: "About $900,000. You're off to a great start in life, miss! (he laughed as he looked at the dragon he had called a lady).

We signed the documents and I went back to the market. I was like a bus going through the crowd at a walking pace. I was very careful.

We ordered boxes of fruit and toys to be delivered to the marina.

I felt better and less tired by staying in my dragon form. David was right.

Then we went home and Mom had sore feet and she straddled my back.

I stayed on my feet and from time to time the passers-by and tourists made selfies.

I was a star but I didn't pay attention to it.

We returned to the marina and the mayor and David finished their meal.

Mayor: "I see you're coming back from shopping. Are you all right, Sylvia?"

I nodded my head that I was, and I helped mom bring in the shopping bags.

The mayor nodded to David: "Lovely, that dragon."

David: "Yes... every day is a pleasure. Since she's been here, I find life lighter, more beautiful. It's as if the air has changed."

"I have that feeling, too."

Then a dark-haired, horny creature came and sat down at the table.

"Hello, Mr. Mayor!.

The pressure was terrible, like a lion sitting next to you showing its teeth.

"I am Obsidian"

The mayor had just discussed the whole meal with David about Obsidian but he expected to see a huge dragon but saw before him a beautiful creature, an absolutely ravishing woman.
