Chapter 26- pay backs a bitch

I got up at 6am again with Cassey who was already up.

"How long have you been up?"

"Just a few minutes before you woke up."

"Oh okay. do you want to shower?"

"Nah I showered before I came over and I track after school today so I'm just going to shower then."

"Okay. hey your hair stayed all night." I laughed amused.

"I know now I don't have to do my hair." we both got out of my bed and got ready.

"Dude your hair is curly."

"I know that's why I straighten it but I don't think I will today."

"Good I like your curls." I smiled at Cassey and went to my closet pulling out my band feel baseball tee and dark blue skinny jeans that had rips on both the thighs and knees in different spots. I pair those with my grey low top converse and my black beanie. I then slipped on my black bracelet that said fall out boy in blue letters and then my grey bracelet that said music is my life in white letters.

I did my usual makeup and hair except I didn't straighten my hair leaving my curls. I pinned my beanie to my head and then grabbed my binder full of pictures of me and Charlie me and Cassey and of course me and the guys from adtr. my favorite picture though is the one in my locket I got from Jeremy. I never took it off not even when we broke up for that brief moment.

I grabbed my bright pink back pack that had some blue linings and it had black glasses and a black mustache.
I slung it over my shoulder as Cassey grabbed her school things and we made our way into the main house to eat and then brush our teeth. I made us some chocolate chip pancakes and we had orange juice along with it. after that we brushed our teeth and got to school around 6:50.
I hugged Cassey and told her I would see her at lunch and made my way to the library. I set my bag down next to my feet and had arms wrap around my waist. I turned around and hugged charlie.
He kissed my cheek and picked a book from the opposite side I was looking at. I got a book by Edgar Allen Poe one if my favorite writer for my English class.

The bell rang signaling first period.

"I'll see you second period doll face." I hugged him.

I laughed as I walked out. he hates when I call him doll face. I went to my first period class which was math.

"Glad to see your back miss parks." I nodded and took a seat in the back. kids were already in their seats and a few were late. the teacher handed some work sheets to some kids for them to pass out. I heard a few snickers and whispers from people around me and it got irritating because they kept looking at me when they spoke. I tried to ignore them and just do my work. this continued for the whole period.

The bell rang and I hurriedly went to science.

"Hey smiles." I smiled at Charlie and we took a seat near the back.

"What's wrong?"

"These girls I say next to in math they kept looking at me and snickering and whispering and it was fucking irritating." I whispered to him. he rubbed my back and I just put my head down.

the next periods went by so slow. the bell had rung for lunch and everyone hurried out of their seats except for me. i put my things away slowly and walked out. i went and sat down at a bench outside and waited for cassey and charlie.

"where the hell are they?" i huffed. i got a text from charlie saying he has lunch detention for passing notes in class. i rolled my eyes and searched for cassey. i saw her walking with her tray towards me.
