Aiden is 9 months pregnant now and she can go into labor any time and I'm scared, like the past few months have been really crazy. she has had crazy mood swings like she will wake up angry or she will wake up in tears and her mood will change the minute she sees someone. like just the other day she woke up pissed at me and was really mad and she yelled at me
"I DONT KNOW WHY IM MAD AT YOU BUT I AM!" I felt like I was in a mental hospital and she was one of the patients. then as soon as she saw rian she was fine like she was all cuddle up to me and happy and I was just left there confused. even after weeks of her already going through the mood swings I'm still not used to it. don't even get me started on the food.. she ate pickles..with peanut butter. then she dipped chocolate in gravy, strawberries in mash potatoes and she mixed pickle
Juice with tuna and mayonnaise and ate that with vegetables. she also ate cake and she absolutely HATES cake. she threw up after everyone of those foods but she still ate it.
I heard my phone ringing and picked it up.
"Hello?"
"Hey man where are you?"
"I'm picking something out for aiden."
"Oh okay is it that thing?"
"Yeah it is I'm having trouble deciding."
"Just choose one you think she will like." Me and josh talked for a few minutes and told me that him and the guys were picking baby clothes out with aiden Cassey and charlie. I laughed because Alex kept getting yelled at by aiden. I hung up the phone with josh and continued looking.
"Excuse me sir." I caught the attention of the clerk.
"I would like to have this one in a black box please."
"Very well." he smiled at me and took out the small piece of jewelry and placed it in a small black velvet box and handed it to me. I placed it in my jacket pocket and paid and then I left to meet up with everyone. I met every one just as they arrived at a beautiful lake near the end of the town.
"Jeremy!" Aiden yelled as I jogged over to them. she wrapped her arms around my waist and I had my around her shoulders. leaving an arm around her shoulders we all walked near the lake. me and aiden sat on a bench while the boys and Cassey played frisby or basked in the sun light. Aiden closed her eyes and tilted her head back soaking in the sun. she wore a white pleaded sun dress with black and white converse with her hair in a side braid and not all of her fringe down.
She looked absolutely beautiful. I did the same as she did but as soon as I closed my eyes I heard her shoot up from her position.
"I think I need to pee!" She panicked.
"Okay come on let's go." I took her arm and we were starting to walk towards the bathroom when she stood away from me and liquid came from under her.
"Aiden please tell you just did not pee your self."
"I didn't. my water broke." She said wide eyed. I nearly fainted but ran to the guys pushing them towards the car yelling that aidens water broke. we piled into the cars with aiden in the from and Charlie and Cassey in the back seat of my car and the guys in Kevin's car we sped to the hospital.
I helped aiden out of the car and yelled for help. they got her in a wheel chair and I sped walked with her down the hall and I waved to Cassey as she told
Me she would take care of the papers and medical stuff. they got her in a room and I stood by her side as she squeezed my hand making me drop to my knees.
"Honey please let up your breaking my hand." she screamed as she had a contraction and I tried to not cry out in pain. I got off my knees as she calmed down a bit. the nurse rushed out of the room to grab a doctor to come check in.
"She's only at 3 centimeters she still has a while to go." she said taking a look. it was weird but I know it's his job but even though a guy can have sex it's different when you have to LOOK at a vagina.
The doctor walked out and aiden calmed down more. the nurse came back in with an ice pack and after a few minutes she wrapped my hand up and smiled to me and brought aiden some water in a pitcher with some cups got aiden out of her clothes and into a gown, and have her some blankets and more pillows. I thanked her and she left. I was putting aiden a clothes in a bag when everyone came in the room.
"How you doing smiles?" Charlie smiled to aiden. she smiled back weakly.
"My vagina hurts."
"When are they going to hook you to Ivs?"
"The lady went to go get the bag and everything." he nodded his head and sat down in a chair.
"I did all the paper work and everything so we're good."
"Thanks cass." she smiled.
"Shit jer we didn't pick a name for her yet!"
"Can it be Jenna?" I asked.
"Of course the middle name will be Naomi." she smiled. Jenna is the name of a close friend I had back in grade school and she and I lost her to suicide and I miss her every day.
"Jenna Naomi McKinnon." I smiled.
"I love it!" Aiden squealed.
We all had a Conversation for a while but stopping when aiden started to have a contraction. It wasn't long after that aiden started to become in pain quicker and her contractions were like 2 minutes apart now. The nurse made everyone get out except me since I'm the dad. wow I can't believe it still I'm a dad... my hand was feeling better now so I went held aiden a hand again which was a bad choice because now I think she actually broke it.
I tried holding back the screams or mine as aiden screamed and cried aloud and the doctor told her to push. it was about five pushes before I heard crying. the asked me it I wanted to cut the cord and I did. it is one of the most
Proud things you can do in your kids life. The nurse took my baby and they cleaned her off them weighed her sucked out whatever was in her nose and checked her vitals. they wrapped her in a warm baby blanket and a little light blue hat.
"I thought it would be pink for girls?" I questioned.
"Depends on where you go but usually it's a light blue color or white." I nodded as they handed my beautiful baby to aiden. aiden smiled and cried as Jenna held aidens finger. I smiled at the view and I took out my phone and took pictures.
"Do you want to hold her?"
"Yes I do." I said breathless. I took Jenna into my arms and sat down in the chair. I couldn't take my eyes off of my beautiful baby. I got up after a few minutes and gave aiden Jenna again so I could go get the others.
They all came in when aiden was laying her face against Jenna's and they were both asleep. we all took pictures and all the boys went down to the gift shop biting gifts for aiden and the baby.
"Don't worry about aiden and Jenna's clothes I took the liberty of going to her house and grabbing stuff for them and for you as well." Cassey smiled as she handed me a large diaper bag. I thanked her and we sat down on the couch talking and when the guys came back they set the gifts on the tables next to the bed and grabbed chairs and we all talked quietly.
Aiden soon woke up and joined the conversation and we all passed Jenna around and everyone got to hold her for a little and then I got to hold my little angel again.
"Look at this picture i got of you aiden." Cassey said walking over to aidens bed side.
"Oh no please no I look fugly." she cried.
"No it's a really pretty picture!" She exclaimed. she showed her the picture and aiden actually agreed and said it was pretty. it was a close up on her face and shows most of Jenna and everything in the background was blurred.
