Summary
Brother and sister go on a road trip to fix problems

"This is stupid, I don't even remember why I even agreed to this." Mumbles my brother Brian.

Terrorizer leans against the car door trying to keep his distance away from me. From the corner of my eye, I can tell I had a plastered frown upon his face. I knew he didn't want to be here, especially with me, I know that for sure. Although if I want to fix our relationship I have to do this.

"You know mom suggested that we do this-" I started optimistically, before getting interrupted.

"I don't care."

"Mom and I both agree that this would be-"

"Shut up, Y/n." Brian's voice was threatening, which told me it was time to stop.

"Okay." Finishing off with a loud smack of my gum.

Coming back from the United States for vacation this is not how I pictured seeing my family after a year. Glancing at Terrorizer one more time, I watched him jumbled out meaningless words quietly.

Fixing his contact in his non-robotic eye, Brian whips his alcoholic drink up to his lips looking back out the window.  A breath of air comes out of my mouth as I try to think of a conversation starter, although all that comes out in silence.

The sun halfway down the blue sky we arrive at the campsite. Terrorizer looks around holding his bottle to the sky pointing at birds, while I get our things from the back. It was a nice place with tall thin green trees, a pathway down to the bathroom and picnic table, a calm wide river right next to the path, it almost looked like a sense out of a movie.

"So this is why she told me to pack my things huh," My younger brother's humorous tone was heard moving close to me, "I thought she was going to finally kick me out."

Closing the lid of the trunk I throw Brian his bags and sling mine around my back. The camping back in one hand and the cooler in my other I give him a wide smile showing off my dimples.

"Unfortunately we all know she isn't going to do that anytime soon." Playfully I tease him, nudging him as I walk past him.

I laughed at my words as I picked up the pace while following behind me was a glaring man rubbing his arm.

"Do you even have a plan for where we would set up the tent?" A complaint followed behind me, "We've been walking on this path for a mile now."

Shrugging I continue walking down the stone path not looking back. "No actually, I was just going to keep walking until I found a place I like."

My positive attitude seemed to enrage Terrorizer.

"Y/n you have to be the most simpleminded person I know." The aggravated Brian rolls his eyes, moving next to my side.

"Crazy how someone as dense as you get to say that," I commented jokingly.

I didn't feel a shadow behind me so I stopped and turned around only to see my brother there immobile. His messy hair flopped over his eyes and Terrorizer didn't meet my eye. With clenched fists, he stares at me through his tangled hair.
