(A/n: I wrote this my freshman year of high school for my English class so I just changed a few words in the story to make it for this book. Enjoy!)
"As a girl, boys tend to use your heart. Play with like a banana. If they don't like you then they would throw you away. Waste you. Some boys would peel you open and play with your feelings." I take a deep breath and look at my classmates. I glance at my teacher as she nods as I go on.
"Playing with a girl's feelings is just like taking a bite out of a banana and throwing it away. Like it was worthless to them. It's not a nice feeling to have. Maybe boys and just judgments. Seeing what's good for you and just not take it. Then again that just how some boys work." I walked around the classroom with my papers in my hand. Just taking a glance around the room I can tell you that most of the guys were giving me dirty looks. I understand why too. Saying that boys don't care about a girl's feelings. I mean, I would be upset too. "Now my classmates, don't get me wrong, I-"
"Don't you think your report is a little basis, Y/n?" Said Jamie, a pretty blond girl in my class.
I turn to her, "And why would you think that?" Her bright blue eyes stare at me as a smile slowly appeared on her face. I grit my teeth and look at her putting on my best fake smile for her. She has been on my case since middle school. 7th grade. I never hated someone as much as her. Jamie would always try to find the logic in everything I do, and I can't stand it.
She whips her long shiny blonde hair to the side Ian speaks up. Looking at her with my eyes narrowing with hatred. "Well Y/n," she said spitting out my name like venom. "I think you being basis because well you think that only boys are the problem. Don't you think that they act this way to impress a girl? Or maybe even the girl is treating them badly?" She smirked at me and trying not to laugh as she sent glances at my ex-boyfriend, Jonathan.
He looks down nervously. Jonathan told everyone that I cheated on him and talking bad to him. Even though people that seen us together on dates knows it was him. Nobody could resist his mask, or his charming sense of humor, not even his laugh could make you run away. Although sadly everyone will believe the head of the football team over the loner. "Maybe just cause your a bad girlfriend doesn't mean you have to write something about your failed love life-"
"Enough!" Yelled my teacher as her crazy black hair slide across her forehead. "Please go on, Y/n." She said sweetly. I take a deep breath and walk back to the front slowly. When I get to the front I look at them both and quickly look back at my feet. "I don't know how to answer this.. but I think if they want to impress the girl then they should be themselves and don't act so fake. Just to get a girl." I have seen a blue-haired girl nodded at me in agreement.
"Maybe boys are just as bad as girls maybe even are the same," I said looking at my ex, Delirious. He looks at me then looks down at his desk. I slowly walk over to his desk. "Even though we know that some boys are terrible guys. But maybe the girls are too." I stood at his desk and looked at him. "Some people will lie, cheat, and disrespect you. But you can't let that happen. You just can't let them peel you that." I say as I stare into his blue eyes. Turning back and walking towards the teacher's desk. "Most of you will not even listen to me today but-" then the bell rings and everyone runs out of the classroom.
"I just hope your not as sensitive a banana.," I said in a sigh and slowly grab my stuff and to walk to my next class.
