Chapter 11

"Space"

I wake up to my alarm and check the time. I remember I had morning practice today but I didn't feel like walking all the way to school with Kageyama so I texted Kiyoko saying I wouldn't be there.

Then I fell back to sleep since I didn't get a very good sleep.

*timeskip to school*

I walked into the classroom and sat down at my seat. Normally I would go to Kageyama's classroom and talk to him until class started but I didn't because I was still mad.

"L/n! Someone is here for you" I look up from my notes to see Okimi Sakai, my friend from this class, pointing to the door. I shift my gaze towards the door and see Kageyama. My heart freezes, even when I'm mad at him he still manages to make my heart go crazy.

I sigh as I stand up and walk over to him. We started walking slowly down the hallway towards his class.

"Why weren't you at practice earlier?" I look up to see his eyes plastered with genuine concern. I feel bad for a second but then my anger resurfaces.

"My stomach hurt but I realized it was because I hadn't eaten since the barbecue" I lied, well I hadn't eaten since then but my stomach didn't hurt.

"Oh...well coach cancelled practice after school so I was wondering if you wanted to watch a movie?" *Thump Thump* Stupid heart, stupid boys, stupid lies, stupid Livvy. Luckily I'm a professional liar so I came up with a lie almost instantly.

"Sorry Kageyama, I have plans with Okimi" We stopped in front of his classroom and his eyes looked sad but he covered it up pretty well. To anybody else he would look fine, but I knew better...

"It's fine maybe tom-" The warning bell rang signalling it was time to get into class.

"Sorry I have to go" I turned around and ran towards my class.

"Her majesty is late for class I see" I pause to stick out my tongue at Tsukishima.

"Shut up french fries" I then continue running until I get to class.

Her majesty...why would he call me that?
Is it because of Kageyama?

"OKIMI!!!! Please tell me you don't have plans tonight" I sat down at my desk which is right next to hers.

"No I don't. Are you trying to escape Kageyama?" She looked at my face and I'm guessing I looked shocked because she started laughing. "You can come over don't worry, my mom doesn't care that much"

"Thank you!!!"

*timeskip to after school*

I followed Okimi since I didn't know where I was going as we were leaving the school grounds. My eyes met Kageyama's so I quickly turned to ask Okimi where she lived.

"It's a 15 minute walk in that direction" She pointed the opposite way my house was.

*timeskip to after y/n returned home*

I set my bag down and got changed out of my school uniform after I got home from Okimi's house. It was 10pm but I was planning on staying up later so I got into a pair of sweatpants and a loose shirt.

At her house we mainly spoke about Kageyama and I since she was curious about our relationship. Apparently almost everyone at school thinks we're dating. To be honest I wish we were.

Wait! No I don't, I'm still mad at him for lying!

I took out my sketchbook and began randomly drawing something. (if you can't draw, just pretend you can)

I wasn't really paying attention to what I was drawing so when I actually looked at it I gasped in shock. I had drawn Kageyama and I-

I ripped the page out of my book, crumpled it up, and threw it at my wall. I wanted to throw it out but my heart wouldn't let me...UGH!

I was so angry that I knew I couldn't get anything done so I got into my pyjamas, turned off my light, and went to sleep.
