Chapter 5

Classes flew by very quickly, faster than normal. Before I knew it I was in my dorm getting ready. I was searching through my drawers looking for a swimsuit but all I could find were my old school swim team suits. I got up and walked over to Pansy's room. I knocked on the door waiting for a response.

"Hello?" She said.
"Just me!" I yelled before barging in.
"What do you need?" She smiled.
"A bathing suit." I said with a nervous smile. I hoped she had something.
"What for if I may ask?" She said getting up walking to her dresser.
"I'll tell you later, but I really gotta get going." I said a bit impatiently. I hoped tonight would be ok, so I could at least tell her about it. We'll see.
"How about this...?" She said holding up one.
Dianna's Outfit

"Pansy." I said walked out of the bathroom.
She looked at me with her mouth open.
"What, is something wrong?" I asked looking around
"Whoever you are meeting, they are very lucky." She said before walking back to her bed.
"I hope you are right." I said before throwing a shirt over my body and heading out the door.
"Don't have too much fun!" I heard Pansy yell and laugh on my way out.
"Mhm." I said.

I was now on my way through the halls making my way to the prefect's bathroom. I was getting nervous, I have never worn something like this before. I finally reached the door and as I went to go open it someone showed up behind me.

"Aren't you punctual." Tom said from behind me.
"Well, I am here. What now?" I asked. He stepped in front of me and opened the door.

We walked in and I looked around. There was a large bath that could most likely fit all of the slytherin house in it. I walked over to a bench and sat down pulling out a book. I really didn't think much was going to happen. Hands grabbed mine and slowly placed the book to the side.

"Come on, get in. I promise the waters warm." Tom said looking at me. I got up and started to take my cover off until I was in my bathing suit.
"Enjoy the show." I said sarcastically to him.
"Yes actually." He said eyeing me.
I walked over to the water and slowly stepped in.
"I am just very curious on why you invited me here?" I said slyly.
"Getting playful Durocher?" He said smiling
"Why don't you come find out?" I looked at him and winked.

Something had come over me, I wanted to see him flustered. And that was my goal. He swam over to me and took my hand. He walked farther back to the other end of the pool.

"Why are you being so nice?" He asked.
"Maybe I am, you just aren't looking hard enough." I replied, pulling my hand away.
"Now don't be rude." He said, trying to snatch it back. I started to swim away and he swam after me.
"You're not going anywhere." He said grabbing me by the shoulder.
"Watch me." I then took his hand and swam off. Except this time when he got me he grabbed me by my waist. He turned me around so I was looking at him.
"What are you doing?" I said, smirking.

His grip tightened around my waist and he leaned in closer. He moved one hand from my waist and to the back of my neck. I felt him pull me in closer and our lips touched. The slightly aggressive touch of his lips made my stomach erupt with butterflies. He cupped my face in his hand and continued to kiss me, down my neck a bit too. I felt his other hand on my hip. The kiss was long and passionate. I finally leaned back. Tom tried to lean back in but I placed my finger on his lips.

"You just made this a whole lot harder." I said looking at him with a grin.
"No. Just pick me. Problem solved." He grinned then kissed my collarbone before putting me down. He walked out of the pool and dried off.
"You coming?" He said looking at me in the pool.
"Hmm I don't know I think I might just stay here for the night."
"Come on Dianna." He said walking to the edge where I was.

He lent me his hand to get out and I yanked him in. Putting one arm around his neck and keeping him in the water.
"Trying to drown me after all that we've been through tonight, you better apologize for that."

He looked so handsome with his wet hair and the water dripping down his face.

"Sorry."
"Sorry won't cut it here princess." And with that he lifted me up and wrapped my legs around him.
"Tom put me down." I said.
"And why would I do that, I still am waiting for my proper apology." He teased.

I wrapped my hands around his neck and kissed him, well a little more than a kiss I guess. That's probably what he wanted.

"Good girl." and he got out of the bath still holding me in his arms. After he set me down he put a towel around me and hugged me close. I grabbed some of my clothes and made my way to a stall.

"Where are you going?"
"To change silly." I said back to him.
"No, change here, you know I don't mind."
"No, no, no, no.."
He started waking over to me.
"Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes."
I ran into the stall and slammed the door shut before he could get in.
"Just can't get enough of me can you." I said teasing.
"Don't play with me Dianna."
"Are you sure."
"I think I'm gonna have to punish you for that later."

I got changed and stayed quiet. I looked around the prefect bathroom but Tom was nowhere in sight. Just what I thought. A hit and run, this night probably meant nothing to him. I walked through to the prefect common area to leave when someone called my name.
"Dianna, get over here."
I turned around to find Tom sitting on the couch.
I walked over to where he was sitting. He grabbed my waist and pulled me down onto him. Our lips were only inches apart.

"Are we about to kiss right now." I said breaking the tension.
"Shut up." He whispered angrily.

He sat up and placed me on his lap and turned me to face him. I saw his cheeks go a bit red before he spoke.

"I think I really like hanging out with you."
"I think I do too."
"So you're gonna pick me right?"
"Maybe, maybe not." I said back.
"You will pick me, now go tell Zachary and Theo that you're mine, isn't that right princess."
"Hmm not just yet." I brushed my finger along his lips.
"Keep that up and you won't have a choice."
He leaned in to kiss me and as we were getting closer I got up and started walking away.
"Good night Riddle." I said to him as I started to leave.
"Come on, you can't just leave me like that!" He protested.
"Well then what am I doing right now?"
"Leaving."
"I will let you walk me to the common room, after that we go on with our nights. Ok?" I said staring at him.
"Fine, but are you sure you don't want to stay with me?" He questioned.
"My bed is more comfortable." I waved and walked out of the prefects room.

He quickly walked, following behind me. We made our ways through the dimly lit hallways till we reached the slytherin common room.

When we walked into the common room Blaise was sitting on the couch passed out with his homework next to him. I don't think an earthquake could wake that man up. Tom snickered a little and shook his head. I must have accidentally said that out loud. He grabbed my hand tightly and walked me up to my dorm. We stood outside the door so we wouldn't wake Pansy.

"I'm gonna miss you tonight Durocher." He said and kissed me on the hand.
"As will I Riddle." As he turned to walk down stairs I spun him back around and gave him one last kiss.
"Now tomorrow you better be this nice." He said laughing.
I went into my dorm and walked to my bed. Tonight was nice, I just hope Tom felt the same way. I curled up into bed and drifted off to sleep.
