Pairing: Saihara/Ouma

"Kokichi..." I whisper, but his face no longer harbors a mischievous grin. His face looked more serious, almost nervous. He looks up at my eyes and I can see his pupils dilate ever so slightly, a soft blush appearing on his cheeks. He brings his hand up to my cheek with the most gentle touch. He lets the sweetest smile dance on his lips before he brings his lips to mine, sharing a fleeting kiss. I feel his soft, delicate lips against mine, and I curl my arm around his waist instinctively.

Our lips part, less than an inch separating us, and Kokichi whispers, just barely loud enough for me to hear, "I love you Shuichi." I barely hesitate in saying the words, "I love you too, Kokichi." They just feel right flowing out of my mouth. He moves his hand to the back of my neck and looks into my eyes. "Do you mean that?" he asks.

I smile at him. "Well, you're the liar here, but yes. Of course," I put my hand on his cheek, "And don't ever forget that." I see a smile grow on his face, and not a lying smile, a genuine one. "You don't know how much it means to me to see you smile," I whisper. "But I always smile," he teases. I poke his arm, "You know what I mean."

"Well, maybe I should smile more often then," he says, "Now, how about another kiss?" I can feel the blush rise to my cheeks, but I lean forward anyway. My lips meet his once again, and I smile into the kiss, knowing that I have found heaven. "You're an angel Kokichi," I whisper as our lips part. "No, you are," he says, his purple eyes sparkling with joy.
