Lily visited today. She said that we wouldn't see her or James or even baby Harry for a while. She said that bad guy Voldemort wants to get baby Harry so they have to go into hiding to protect him. Of course Andy was upset about James and baby Harry, but I was only sad about Lily. I don't know why my sister would be sad about James, she and I don't really care for him. It's weird.
November 20th, 1981
Mummy and Andy went shopping today. Mummy wanted me to come, but I don't want to go anywhere. Lily's gone! Voldemort killed her and James! It's not fair! Lily was so pretty... Why did she die? I haven't left my room since I found out, which was 20 days ago. I haven't even been happy enough to change my appearance, so my hair's gone black, my skin pale and my eyes green. Daddy said mummy wishes I would change it, he said I look just like mummy's sister, Bellatrix. Mummy's sister's in Askaban now, she was a Death Eater.
Later....
Mummy got mad because I won't change my appearance, she doesn't want me to look like Bellatrix. It's not my fault! I didn't ask to be born looking like Bellatrix's twin! Even though I'm a metamorphmagi, if I didn't look like Bellatrix I probably wouldn't even bother changing my appearance. My twin sister, Andy, looks just like me so people call us the 'trixs twins.

A/N: Hey, so a friend of mine ( booksareforever01 ), just pointed out that I wasn't very clear about the relationship between Tonks/Lily and Harry. Both of Tonks' parents work, so it makes sense (at least to me) that they would trust the close friend of Tonks' mum's cousin (Sirius, duh), to look after their kids when they are away.
There is more to this story, however, that is for later chapters.
