(A/N: This might be one of my shortest chapters.)

I woke up on the day of my team's initiation. I wasn't stressed, as I had trained my whole life to get here. It seemed strange. You spend a decade or more preparing for something, then when it arrives you don't know how to feel. I looked around at my team, noticing that they weren't awake. I decided to let them be, and just went to the shower.

I looked myself in the mirror, thinking about what was to come. I would obviously have to fight, but what else? There would have to be something else, otherwise, Oz would have put us in the normal initiation.

I took off my shirt, and looked at my tattoos. I've always had them, and they seem to be connected to my emotions. They glow red when I am angry enough, though I have no idea why. I only assume that they are connected to my aura, like a semblance, but I've never known for sure.

It then stripped down completely and entered the shower. I washed my pink and red hair and then washed the rest of my body. Once I was out, I dried off, put on some deodorant, and got dressed in my combat clothes. Once I left the bathroom, I went back into the bedroom, where the others were sleeping.

Y/N: Rise and shine, sleeping beauties!

Caesar: Wha--

I then opened the window, letting the light pour into our bedroom. This made Catra cover herself completely with her bedsheets, while making Caesar get up.

Caesar: Why?

Y/N: Our initiation's at ten, it's eight o'clock. I don't know anyone here well enough to be sure that you'll be ready on time, so you have two hours to prepare.

Catra: Thats--

Caesar: Really helpful. But why?

Y/N: I want the team I'm gonna be stuck with for four years to do well. Can't risk getting kicked out without even starting school. Anyway, you figure out who goes in the shower, I'll head over to a training room.

I left the room, and headed over to Professor Goodwitch's room, where I asked the combat teacher to guide me to a training room. Before she let me enter the room, she gave me a sheet of paper.

Glynda: This is your class schedule. Don't lose it.

Y/N: Thanks.

I then entered the room, and went over to a control panel. I pressed a button which revealed enough weighted jumpsuits for an entire team. I put on one of them, then placed the rest of my clothes over it. I felt much heavier and slower, but still managed moving. I warmed up by completing 100 situps, 100 push ups, and 100 pull-up (A/N: You ain't Saitama). Once I was used to the extra weight, I went back to the control panel and raised the gravity in the room to 15 times Remnant's normal gravity. I almost immediately dropped to the ground from the sudden force. It took me around 20 minutes to be able to get up and take one step forward. It took me a further 30 minutes to be able to move my hands and feet freely. After a long period of basic muscle-training, I practiced my combat, throwing punches and kicks as fast and hard as I could. I summoned my Stand for a split-second every few blows in order to mimic my real fighting style. In a proper fight, I would attack my opponent both with my Stand and my body.

Then, I heard the door open. Turning around, I noticed Ozpin standing there, with Caesar and my sister. Surprisingly, Professor Goodwitch was nowhere to be seen. Ozpin was having little trouble standing up, using his cane for support, while Caesar was holding on to Pyrrha's shoulder for support. A dark aura surrounded both Caesar and her, indicating to me that she was somehow using her semblance to stand up. Ozpin, looking up at me, then started talking.

Ozpin: You truly are an impressive person. Y/N, you might not find it as significant as I do, but I knew your father, before he passed. He had you in such high regards, that he told me you would become the "Number 1 Huntsman".

Y/N: My father... He said that? I reached my limit, though.... How am I meant to surpass what I have?

Ozpin took out a small metal box, with a glass lid. Within it, was a syringe, containing a purple liquid.

Ozpin: This is something your father gave me before his demise. He told me that you would need it, since it would unlock the power he passed on to you.

Y/N: His power?

Ozpin: A Stand, like yours, but far more powerful.

Y/N: And... I'm guessing it'll replace my Stand?

Ozpin: Yes. In a way. From what I was told by your father, it will assimilate some of your Stand's abilities, then replace it.

I walked up to Ozpin, then took the box from his hands, inspecting its contents.

Y/N: How long will it take for my father's Stand to become mine?

Ozpin: He said to me that you would be in a comatose state for a month, if your body can take the strain of the Stand's power.

Y/N: And if it can't?

Ozpin: Around six months.

I then thought to myself: I will make sure that I am ready today. My initiation will be my test.

Y/N: Also, why are they here?

Ozpin: I thought I'd need help to get you out of your training. Initiation is in a few minutes.

Y/N: WHAT?!

-Timeskip: Initiation, Beacon Cliff-

My team was standing next to Beacon Cliff, overlooking the Emerald Forest. A drone was hovering above each of us, recording the event. We then heard Ozpin on our earpieces.

Ozpin: An anomaly has been detected in the northeast area of the Emerald Forest. Find out what it is. If its grimm... Do what huntsmen and huntresses do best.

Caesar: Yes, sir.

Ozpin: Then, Team CCSN (Crimson), you are free to begin. As soon as you jump, you will begin your initiation.

Y/N: Let's go, then!

I then jumped, using my aura to force myself forward, and glide through the air. My team soon, followed (using their own methods).

Catra: I'm gonna get the highest score out of all of us!

Y/N: Oh, it's on!

Caesar: First to the finish, then?

Scorpia: I just wanna do well. But doing better than the rest of my team would be a bonus.... So count me in!

Y/N: Then it's a bet. Drinks on the lowest score!

We then charged on, not knowing what to expect from our initiation.
