From the first time i saw your face
I swore that it was a work of fate
I never thought i would fall in love again
Not after my heart was broken
By the one i was with before
But the way you looked at me
Stirred up something deep inside
You found me in a broken state
Just a shell of who i was before
You picked me up off the floor
And looked into my eyes
I guess you saw something inside
Because from that day
I belonged souly to you
The beginning of our relationship
Was like being a kid again
There was no stress or worries
Just pure happiness and bliss
You made me forget all my pain and sorrow
I longed for your kisses
I melted from your touch
I thought we were together for good
Then the time came to say goodbye
I believed our love was strong enough
That we would fight through anything
But the more time that went on
The less you seem to come around
Youd start texting less and less
Then youd never want to call
I convinced myself it was phase
That wed make it out of it together still
But day you me
Nothing came from you for days
Till the text came saying goodbye
My heart was shattered
Tears fell nonstop from my eyes
I had no hope left inside
I couldnt stand the pain
I was broken worse then when you found me
