Chapter 18

DRACOS POV:

I can't believe I haven't talked to Harlo in several months I have not talked to her this long. But it's best for me and her. I miss her, I miss her laugh her jokes her smirks just everything. But  I can't put her in danger not again. I'm not good for anyone especially her. I switched my classes and I don't sit near her at meals. Fuck. I miss her a lot more than I thought I would I didn't know she was this important in my life. I hear her crying when I walk past her dorm sometimes but I can't do anything about it. She's my... My best friend I didn't want to lose her but I didn't have a choice. 

HARLOS POV:

I walk back into my dorm and start to put on my dress for the party soon. I slip on my dress and walk over to brush my hair. But I see a note on my dresser. 

Dear Harlo, 

Meet me at the great hall when you see this.

From, ?

What the hell whos this from? I can't blow them off though. I guess I should go see who it is.

I start walking down to the great hall when I bump into someone and fall on my knees. Please don't be who I think it is. Fuck. Draco. I look up into his eyes then quickly look back down I'm trying not to cry cause it will wreck my makeup. " I'm s-sorry," I say getting up. " I-Its ok," he says looking anywhere but me. I walk past him and start to walk to the great hall again I cant believe i just talked to him that the first time in months. And it was awkward. very awkward. I Get to the great hall and see a tall figure standing at the end of the room but it's dark and I can't see who it is. " Hello?" I say to the person. 

" Hello Harlo," they say. 

I walk towards them and they turn around and I see Theo. " Ugh, what do you want Theo?" I ask 

" We just wanted to talk," He says smirking

" We?" I say

I see two boys from each side of the corner of the great hall come out and stand beside Theo.

TW s*xual assault when it says over it over

"W-what do you want guys?" I say nervously. 

" Wanna go somewhere more comfortable Harlo? Maybe my dorm?" he says getting closer. 

" FUCK NO," I say I start to walk out but the other boys grab my arm and turn me around. 

They aren't letting go of my arms. 

" WHAT THE FUCK" I scream. 

" Shut the fuck up Harlo someone will hear you," Theo says. He comes closer and grabs my right breast. Then runs his hands down my body. 

 " GET THE FUCK OFF ME" I scream. 

He starts to laugh and puts his hand under my dress. 

I kick the boys holding my hands where it hurts. I punch Theo right in the jaw. The two other boys start to run towards me the get close enough and pushed y fingers inside their eyes. 

OVER

All the boys are on the ground in pain I start to cry, a lot. I see someone walk into the great hall and start running towards me I'm sitting on the bench crying my makeup is ruined. The person walks right up towards me into the moonlight and it's Draco. " Harlo what happened?" he asks worriedly.  " Th-They were harassing me," I say. Draco looks over at Theo and kicks him in the face. he walks over to me and gives me a tight hug. " Harlo... I'm so sorry" he says I'm crying into his chest and for a second I forgot what happened between us. he picked me up under my legs and carried me back to his dorm to get cleaned up. He places me on the bed and grabs some tissues. He sits at the end of the bed and passes me the tissues. He lays down beside me and I'm tired and hurt and I fall asleep beside him he pulled me into his arms and I felt safe. 

I wake up this morning looking like shit and still  In Dracos arms. I get out of his arms and he's still sleeping I get up and leave before he woke up. I get back to my dorm and for the first time, Pansy was in her bed. I start to cry again. Pansy sits up and sees me. " Oh my, are you ok?" She says holding her hands to give me a hug. I give her a hug and lay down beside her in the bed. " What happened?" she asked. " I- I got harassed by Theo and his friends they were touching me they are all fuck heads. But I beat the shit out of them but still" I say. she goes wide-eyed and sits up.  She doesn't say anything and walks out of the room. I get up quickly and follow her she starts to walk faster and faster out of the common room she storms into the great hall and spots the group of injured Slytherin boys she walks over and stands on the table and kick Theo right in the face he falls off the bench and she gets on top of him and starts beating the shit out of him. I get this angry feeling inside me and walk over to the table and look the guys right in the face I get one and start beating the shit out of him once he had enough I kick him in the gut and look at the others and get another one in before  Pansy gets off Theo and gives me a look i go over to Theo and punch him right in the nose then a teacher comes over. A teacher grabs us both by the arms and pulls us out of the great hall I look over to the Slytherin table and all the students are staring at us but I spot on. Draco. He's staring at me then he starts to get a big smirk on his face.

I knew something I didn't know after this day. The world is a cruel fucking place.
