My love won't let you down - A Jemily happy ending

Ready or not?

*TWO WEEKS LATER*

After two weeks of recovery, Emily went back to work ready to solve new cases with the team. She was excited to see them again, even if Garcia visited her almost every day. She was... Garcia. She always cared for her and every member of the team, she was the person who lighted up everyone's days, especially when they had a very bad case.
She entered the elevator and pressed the 6th button to get to the office, but when the doors opened there was something she wasn't expecting. A big "WELCOME BACK" sign was hanging from the ceiling and everyone was standing there, waiting for her with a glass in their hands. She laughed and joined them, hugging each one of them. They were her family for real.
They didn't have any case so after a little chat everyone went back to their desk to finish some paperwork, but Emily didn't. She spent nearly two weeks at home and her desk was completely empty when she got back so she decided to have some coffee before finding something to do.

"Hey Em!" the voice behind Emily almost scared her while JJ was going to pour herself some coffee. She laughed and turned to look at her, but then she felt a little guilty after seeing the other woman's expression. "I'm sorry... I didn't mean to scare you. Are you ok?"

"Don't worry, I'm just... nervous. And every fucking memory of that day will never leave me alone." Emily said looking at the blonde sat next to her. « She is so beautiful... And that day I should've told her that I... love her? Is this love? »

"Em? Emily!"

« EMILY PRENTISS WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING?! » Emily asked herself when JJ interrupted her, so called, stream of thoughts. "I'm sorry JJ, what?" she said looking at her, like nothing happened.

"Em are you sure you're ok? You stared at me for like... two minutes without saying a word." the blonde said, a little worried for her friend. Since she's been abducted she couldn't think of anything but Emily... Losing her would've been horrible. Losing Emily without telling her anything about her feelings would've been something she couldn't even think about.

"I'm fine JJ, I promise. What are your plans for lunch? Wanna go eat something with me and Garcia? We could spend some time together." Emily asked, without saying anything about what just happened.

"Hmm, sure. Just let me know when you're ready. Now excuse me, I need to finish some paperworks, or Hotch will kill me!" she said with a smirk on her face, then she caressed her shoulder and headed back to her office, leaving an Emily Prentiss alone with her thoughts.

- Two hours later -

"Well well, is the magic Penelope Garcia ready for a girly lunch?" Emily asked while she was entering Garcia's office.

"I am my furry little frie-" Garcia was interrupted by a text from Hotch. New case. "UGH! I'm sorry..."

"Where?" Emily asked with a smile, knowing what was going on. She left her office with Garcia by her side heading to the conference room.

She took a seat between Reid and Morgan ready to know something about the case.

*ON THE JET *

"So the UnSub is abducting these women, writes a number on their forehead and then he kills them? What does that mean?"  JJ asked while going through the file. She couldn't understand the connection with the numbers.

"Guys.. I think the numbers are connected to the addresses where he dumps them..." Reid said after taking a look at the pics of the crime scenes.

"Reid's right. Emma Morris' number was 14 and she was found at 14, Washington road." Hotch continued while he was looking at the other victims. "JJ and Morgan go the last crime scene, Prentiss and Reid go to the police station and Rossi and I will head to the morgue."
