02: Encounter

Temari's POV

I was excited the time I woke up. Today was the opening of Konoha Univeristy. I went downstairs and saw Ten Ten cooking breakfast. I rubbed my eyes and yawned.

"Ah, Goodmorning Temari" she smiled

"Goodmorning, Ten Ten-san"

"Please drop the honorifics. By the way, today's the day!" she squealed while smiling widely.

"I'm so excited! I'm gonna attend Konoha University! I exclaimed in excitement. It's a good thing Ten Ten is also attending KU (A/N: KU= Konoha University).

I sat down and took a plate from the cupboard. Ten Ten placed bacons and scrabbled egg in my plate. We would chit chat from time to time but we prefered the silence. After we ate, Ten Ten insisted on washing the dishes and
told me to get ready. I took a shower and wore an oversized lavender t-shirt and denim pants. I tucked in only the front par of the shirt and let the back part hang out. I tied my hair in 4 pony tails letting my bangs fall out. After changing, I prepared my bag and stuff and waited for Ten Ten. After about 20 minutes, she was ready and called a number. After a few minutes, a car arrived with a man with long hair.

"Goodmorning, Neji." Ten Ten said then hugged him. "This is Neji, Temari, my boyfriend. Neji, this is Temari, my roomate." Ten Ten introduced while smiling.

"Nice to meet you." Neji reached out his hands and smiled.

"Likewise" I returned the gesture and shook his hand. He gave us a ride to school. We arrived and I came looking for my class.

"Let's see.... My homeroom is..... Hatake Kaka-" before I could finish, I heared screaming throughout the school. It was a swarm of girls surrounding boys. I took a peek at the boys wondering if they were celebritiesand if people go crazy.

"Oh.... So here are the popular boys at school huh? Those boys who act arrogant and cool." I said. I walked away to find my class. I came across it, and to my surprise, there were nobody in there. I sat down and waited for people to enter. After 5 minutes. I saw a pinkette enter the room. She was beautiful. She has porcelain skin, emerald eyes, pink hair, similar to those colors of a cherry blossom. She smiled at me and sat to one of the seats. She was then followed by a blunette with lavender eyes similar to Neji's. She was gorgeous. She walked to the pinkette and started chatting.

They approached me and talked.

"Hello, I haven’t seen your face before here, what's your name?" the pinkette asked me.

"I'm Temari. I moved here from Suna so....." I said, a little bit nervous because they both look so pretty while I look like trash compared to them.

The bell rang and the door bursted open with people entering it. The teacher then followed a little late.

"Good Morning Everyone. I am your homeroom teacher, Kakashi Hatake. Call me Kakashi Sensei." He sat down on his desk and placed his feet on the table. "Since most of you are new to others, everyone will introduce themselves. Umm..... Let's sta-" Before he could finish, the door opened revealing 3 boys, a ravenette, a blond idiot-looking and a pineapple head. Wait, he looks familiar.... Have we met before?.... I wonder......

"You're late. Because of that, you introduce youselves first." Kakashi Sensei said while reading a book. It's titled...... Icha-Icha Paradise, wierd name....

"Ok! Hello everyone! I'm Naruto Uzumaki! Nice to meet you!" The blond said while practically shouting.

"I'm Sasuke Uchiha. Nice to meet you." The ravenette with duckbutt hair said coldly. I can tell he's an anti-social person.

"Hello, I'm Nara Shikamaru. Nice to meet you. What a drag......." The pineapple head said while yawning. Those lines are familiar. Someone who would say that all the time..... Who was it again? So many questions were running in my mind. I got back to reality when Sensei slammed his book in his table and yawned.

"Ok take your seat boys. Now everyone will intoduce themselves." The boys sat in front of me. "Let's start with the pinkette...."

"Hello! I'm Sakura Haruno. Nice to meet you everyone!" she said and sat down.

"Next please."

"I'm Hinata Hyuga. Ni-nice to meet you."
She stuttered when she met eye contact with the blond haired guy. She likes him doesn't she?

After a couple more students, it was finally my turn.

"Hello Everyone, My Name is Temari. Nice to meet you all." I then met eye contact with the pineapple head. His eyes wide in shock but went back to his normal lazy face. Why was he shocked?

Everyone finished introducing their self. The teacher started discussing. His discussion was fast and spent the rest of his time reading his perverted book. After a while, the bell rang. Indication that it's lunch time. In a blink of an eye, the classroom was empty, the only peole left was the sensei and a sleeping pineapple head. I stood up and decided to wake up the sleeping guy. If I remember, his name was...... Shikamaru? It sounds familiar. I was debating if I should wake him up or not. After minutes of debating, he stirred and looked at me.

"He-hey. It's lunch time so I was gonna wake you up but......" I said nervously.

"Thanks." He stand up and walked out of the room. I followed and went ot the cafeteria. I arrived then a swarm of girls bestowed around me. I pushed my way in and found an empty seat. I sat there alone. I ate my lunch while reading a book. The squealing of the girls is annoying me. Then I saw Ten Ten and Neji. I joined them and the smiled.

"Why are the girls shouting?" I asked Ten Ten.

"Oh, it's just the boys they are crazy about. Their names are..... Um..... Sasuke, Naruto, and...... Shikamaru? Yeah I think that's it." She answered. So those guys that are late are the popular guys huh?

"I see.... They're in my homeroom. I bet those guys are arrogand and rude to people." I said squinting at them. I then met eye contact with a certain pineapple head. I flinched and looked away. I swear I saw him smirk. Damn these arrogant guys! I finished my food and went to my next class.

"You wanna play like that huh? You arrogant bastard....." I whispered under my breath while smirking walking to my next class.

This Chapter is quite boring but at least they encountered each other.
