Alejandro walked happily with a smile on his face inside his shared apartment with Y/n. It's their 2nd year anniversary and he bought some foods so they dont need to cook.

"Babe? Where are you?" He asked as he placed the food on the counter. "Ba-" he stopped talking when he saw a red substance on the floor and he hopes it's not what he think it is. "Babe?" He called again as he walked straight to their shared bedroom.

He saw the big mess inside: all the drawers are open, clothes scattered around and all of their things are on the floor. But the thing that caught his eyes is his girlfriend laying on the floor as blood pools around her.

"Oh my god." He mumbled before shooting over her. He held her as he took out his phone to call 911. He saw the window open and he assume that some one broke in there.

"Uh-I-M-my g-girlfriend was s-shot. I dont k-know what to do. There's a lot of blood and she's not w-waking up." Alejandro's shaking voice said. "Sir, what's the address." The operator asked. Alejandro told the address. "We will get there as soon as we can. Try applying pressure on the gunshot but not too hard to stop the bleeding." The operator said.

"Yeah. Ok." Alejandro sniffled before ending the call. He threw his phone somewhere as his attention sticked on Y/n. He snatched a shirt near him and pressed it againts her wound. "Babe...wake up." He started to sob. His tears making everything blurry. His clothes and hands are full with blood now.

"P-please d-dont leave me...i need y-you..." his tears dropping on her unmoving body as he still tries to apply pressure on her wound. No matter how hard he try to wake her up, she's not. "Remember you said..." he wiped his whole face with his other hand. "That if something happened to you, you'll wake up right? Why won't you do i-it n-now?" He started to cry even harder.

He checked her pulse and felt nothing. He tried to convince himself that he just doesnt know how to check it. The medics arrived and placed her on a stretcher and proceeded to wheel her down to their ambulance. Alejandro went with them knowing he'll just get heart broken to see the love of his life mentioned dead infront of him.

They tried to save her life but it was in her faith to die. Why does it need to be her? Why does it need to be her faith? Alejandro kept asking himself as he uncontrollably sobbed inside the ambulance as they drove her dead girlfriend to the hospital.

Memories filled Alejandro's mind as he sat infront of her tombstone. Its been a year since she died and he changed a lot in that one year. Empty bottles of beer laid beside him as he slurred some words to say to her. He chugged the bottle again as he continued to say something. His proper hygiene completely disappeared. He's not shaving anymore and just showered if he wants to.

"Its been a year love." He said, completely drunk. "I still cant move on you know? We should be enjoying at this time but we're not." He chuckled. He took out a small box out of his pocket. A small ring showed up as he opened it. "You see this ring? I was about to propose to you that day... not because a dumbass bitch broke into our lovely apartment now all our future is gone... you are gone."

He continued to sob. He might be drunk but drunk words are sober thoughts. He threw the ring away. "I will try everything to get over you. Wish me luck." He said before standing up and leaving like nothing happened.
