The sound of crying infant ringed through the whole house making both of her parents make up from their sleep. Alejandro groaned as he stretched while rubbing his eyes. Y/n sat up, making her way to their child but he stopped her.
"No. Stay here. I'll get her." Alejandro's tired voice. Due to y/n's tiredness, she didn't argue with him anymore instead, she just layed back down and fell asleep again. He stood up. He wore his flip flops as he walked to their child's bassinet.
"Is something wrong sweetheart?" He cooed as he took her in his arms. Her cries turned into whining. He rocked his body back and fort gently trying to get her back to sleep. He took the bottle on the small table nearby and placed it to her mouth. She immediately took it and started sucking.
"You think its always your time huh?" Alejandro said as he admired his child in his arms. "But its ok cause you're so so cute." He cooed as he slightly pinched her small nose. "Like your mama." He looked behind to see if y/n was awake, she's not.
"She's so fucking beautiful." He said but suddenly realized what he said. "Dont tell her i tought you that word ok? If that's your first word I'll be screwed."
"You're first word should be pa-pa. Pa-pa pa-pa pa-pa." He repeatedly said making her giggle that made his heart melt. "Awww i hope you look more like her not me." He groaned jokingly as if she can understand what he's saying.
"But atleast you got her gender." He laughed softly. He continued to rock her back and fort after taking the bottle out of her mouth. He closed his eyes to let them rest even for a moment but she started crying again that made him open his eyes.
"Whyyyy?" He whined/cooed. She stopped crying after hearing her father's voice. "Ugh i hope i can sleep like her." He said while taking a glance from y/n. He somehow regretted volunteering to come and get their baby.
"We're taking of you or i mean im taking care of you so that means if i grew old,you need to take care of me too." Alejandro slowly said to her. She's not aware on what he's saying but his face looks so funny on her point of view so she started giggling.
After somehow she finally fell asleep anf Alejandro could finally go back to bed. He covered himself with the blanket when y/n suddenly turned around to face him. "I heard everything." She said in a serious tone that made Alejandro immediatley froze.
She giggled after seeing his reaction. "Dont curse around her ok?" She scolded. "And her first word should be mama not papa." She said.
"Nahhh papa it is." He insisted when the baby started to cry again. "Yeah papa it is." Y/n said before pretending to go back to sleep.
