"NO! LET ME STAY HERE!" Alejandro shouted as the nurses pushed him outiside the delivery room. The last thing he heard inside is the cries of their child and the monitor making a loud beeping noise.
He sat on a nearby seat and took out his phone to call his mom to keep him company and calm. "Ma?" His shaky voice said when his mom picked up the phone.
"Mijo what's wrong?" His mom asked worriedly. "I-im at the hospital right now. Can you come?" Alejandro said.
"Ok ill be there." His mom didn't even asked why is he there. He texted his mom what hospital he's at.
Alejandro just sat outside the delivery room while fidgeting his phone. Tears running down his face. He saw his mom ran to him and sat beside him.
"She's inside ma. Im scared." This is the first time in a long time his mom heard him say he's scared. "Shhhh everything will be ok. She'll be fine." She hugged Alejandro while rubbing his hair.

The doctor came out of the delivery room while taking of his mask. He has a sorrowful look on his face. Alejandro and his mom stood up.
"Is she ok? Is the baby ok?" He rambled up as the doctor shook his head no. "The baby is healthy and ok but your wife didn't make it." He said.
Alejandro felt like passing out. His knees felt weak as his body fell back on the chair. His mom said some words to help him calm down.
"Im sorry sir. Excuse me." And the doctor left. Alejandro started to cry as he stood up to enter the delivery room. "Im just here ale." His mom said as he just nodded.
He saw his wife covered in white cloth and the nurse came to him with the baby in her hands. "What would you name him sir?" Yeah its a boy.
Alejandro cant think straight at the moment, he's just staring at his wife. Y/n said she wanted to name him after Alejandro. And he agreed.
"Alejandro." He said. "He'll be named after me."
"Ok sir. Would you like to hold him?" The nurse asked. He looked at the baby and it looked exactly like him.
He positioned his arms and the nurse passed him. He just started at his son while the nurse walked away.
"I'll promise to give you the best life." He whisphered to the baby as he stirred on his sleep.
