It was now midnight, without any warning or explenaction. A strange sound could be heard from the distance. Only Dwala and Diku woke up. Diku walked to the rock to see what was happend. A pack of Hyenas are invading the territory. Ukiana hears a menacing laugh. He went to Sarafina's parents, who had been heared a sound, and been ready for a battle.
"Nyota, Alice!" He yelled.
"What just happend?" Alice said to him.
"I think i hear the Hyenas coming twords our pride that this lion was talking about." He told about the Hyenas. "We will defend our pride and our place wil be save! Let's get them!"
Nyota and Alice accepted. then He wakes up his wife, Dolores, who had been noticed a sound and been ready for a war.
"My Daughter!" Dolores said to her.
"What's wrong?" She asked.
"We have a war..." She said.
Sarabi shocked about this, she went to Sarafina, waking her up and tell her that there's was a war. They soon assembulled against they rivals. They soon found out that it was the Hyenas and a Strange Lion.
"It's over Ukiana! They are never save you life again!" The Strange Lion said to him.
"That's a last chance, go home." He said to Strange Lion angrelly.
"I am home." He said, and he tells Hyenas to attack the Dunia Pride. "KILL THEM ALL!!"
The Hyenass rushed twords against the lions, they battled against them. Sarabi, her sisters and Sarafina went to hide in place, made for it purpose: Hide away from predators. But place was doomed and there was no chance for the hwole pride. While the two cubs were hiding, all they could here were indescribable to anyone: Roars and groans, hits and screams.
For the first few minutes, it was like that: a growing sound of trial and pain, the roars were counted as fewer and fewer, until the place was getting silent. What came from the Hyenas were not groans anymore.. But laughs. The two cubs were crying in fear, until Doroles, the mother of Sarabi, all injured, came and told a cubs to escape in order to find a safer place.
"Sarabi, Sarafina, Dwala, Diku and Naanda! Run away from our place. You must find a better place to lived in there. And my Daughter, i will missed you." She said to them. She then turns around to see someone behind him.
"Now this is that survival was for the lunch!" The male Hyena telled to her.
"I've been waiting too. And im not a cub ANYMORE!!" She said, as she attacked him. Sarabi runs away with her friend Sarafina. But a Hyena saw them, and tells a hyena to get them.
"Baasho!! Get them!" He yelled.
"Yes sir, Banagi!" Baasho said, and rushed twords the two Cubs. But Sarabi noticed Baasho chasing them. But he got stopped by Ukiana, making a good time for two cubs to escape. Sarafina, being the youngest, was also the slowest then Sarabi, so she had to watch her from behind to make sure she didn't get lost.
Saka was injured, but still alive, was went up by the Strange Lion.
"Would you join to kill your cubs, Saka?" He asked.
"No..." He replied. "Never."
The lion then killed Saka, and let him fed to the hyenas.
What Sarabi had seen during her escape, she would never forget..
