Peter moved in with the Xavier's school for gifted children shortly after it was rebuilt. He became a teacher there. It left little time for your relationship. You were the manager at (f/s). Meaning you were extremely busy as well. It was a long day at work. Two employees were sick, one quit because they didn't realize they actually have to work, you had to call the police to remove a customer for harassment, another complaining that the store was so big they couldn't find their way out, and to top it all off you forgot to grab lunch. That night you called Peter, asking him if you could rant to him. Which he agreed instantly, saying you listen to him rant all the time, its only fair you do the same.
After you long, long rant, he told you to wait a second.
Knock knock
"You going to answer the door or what, Babe?" The voice yelled from behind the door.
You smiled at the sound, knowing full well, who it was. Opening up the door, you were met with a familiar face.
"Peter!"
"Couldn't let my (girl/man/lover) have a terrible evening now could I?"
