I hope that they are serious about this purchase. I don't know a thing about Raymond Steele, nothing but a story about a wealthy family and not much about current family members anymore. No real press on them. I walk past my secretary the one Elena hired and not the one I wanted. I did hire the one I wanted for the shipping yard. Elena hates the smell around the docks so she won't know. Ilesia Young really showed her gratitude today for hiring her and buying her a car. Janice is an old friend of Elena's and by old friend I mean old and she goes to the same plastic surgeon. They bonded over Botox injection appointments. Hazel Knots watches my every move. I walk past her and into my office to complete the sale and she has complied and the paperwork is on the conference table for the sale of all five of the properties. I hadn't been to see the properties and never really wanted to. Elena had arranged the purchases from some friends who ended behind bars and needed the cash for defense attorneys. So today I am getting my money back from buying these dead end properties. When Asher told me he had a live one for all five properties I was thrilled to get the cash back. I stop in my tracks at the conference table and my heart might stop at what I am seeing. Two Christian Grey look alike and four incredibly beautiful women, well one woman and three young ladies. Shane Lassiter I recognized, why is she still alive? I will be finding out soon enough. I had wondered why there were guys sitting in the lobby. I introduce myself and Asher puts the sales documents in front of me and the purchase amount is more than I had hoped for and Asher did a good job. He shows me where to sign on all the documents for each of the properties and then takes everything and has the Christian look alike sign and then the two brunettes and finally the older man and woman complete the signing. Asher hands me the check minus his commissions for all of the properties. I made ten per cent on the properties. Finally we are done and I question why miss Lassiter was there at all?

This guy is giving me hives he has eyed us all in a very strange way and how he is speaking to Shane is making my hair stand on end. I tell him that Shane is a family member and joined us for our outing and we decided to bring for good luck. He sort of snorted at that comment of good luck. Ra6 and I glanced at each other and we decided it was time to leave after Lincoln gave us all the keys and documents on each parcel and structures on the property. Christian opened up his brief case to put the two adjoining properties and keys to their structures. Then David took two of the others, Ana and Aubrey took the last two and placed them in their cases.

We have everything in hand and we go to leave and Lincoln tries to get us to join him for a drink to celebrate our purchase. I tell him we have other plans and lead the ladies out when he takes Shane by the arm. I tell him to take his hand off her immediately. I press my alarm and the four guys burst inside and they see he has Shane by her arm not intending on letting her go. They ask politely as they are moving between her and him and he makes the right choice.

Where do you think you are going miss Lassiter? We have unfinished business to attend to. I grab her by the arm. Ray tells me to let her go and I refuse and suddenly I hear the door burst open and the four guys from the lobby are between me and miss Lassiter and I am forced to release her. I will just catch up with her later. I tell her this is not over. Her aunts and uncles owe me big time. I am going to collect, they were supposed to take her out at the event at the hotel. They haven't got in touch with me and haven't called me to say they have taken her out. I want what is mine her company. Apparently her parents left everything to her. They left nothing to her aunts and uncles and her will leaves nothing to them. Her parents made sure of that. But we have a plan to forge the will giving everything to them and they are selling the place to me for a dollar.

I get the 911 buzz and head right into the office with the other following me and we see what is happening and we separate Lincoln from miss Lassiter. We were hired by the Steele family to protect her at all costs. And this Lincoln guy is a huge threat. He is our number one threat if he has the nerve to grab her in front of Ray Steele and his family. They are armed and know self defense. I lean  over and say if you want to keep that hand and arm I recommend you remove it or it will get bloody in here and it will be you bleeding.

If you enjoy living it is over right here and right now. You are going to be facing assault charges see all these witnesses to your assault and threatening remarks. You also held her hostage. By not allowing her to leave with the Steele's her family.

She is my fiancé, which makes her family. So if you don't want me to show you how well I can shoot them take your filthy hands off my soon to be wife now. I move to gather Shane in my arms and hold her trembling body in my arms as we walk out with two of the body guards.
