Raelle's POV

Let's just say the bus ride was very chaotic. In fact, the driver almost kicked us out if it weren't for Toshi. He managed to convince the driver not to kick us out surprisingly it worked. Must be because he looks so intimidating all the time.

We've arrived at our stop and proceeded to walk towards the restaurant. Once we arrived, one of their waitresses asked if we have a reservation and I told her my name. She led us to the rooftop. The place looks absolutely incredible and peaceful. The view from up here is also breathtaking. I gave myself a mental pat on my back for choosing this restaurant.

She led us towards the table with ten seats on them. We all sat down and Tendou decided to sit next to me once again while my brother sat on my right side. The waitress gave us the menu and left to get us some water. She came back a few seconds later for our water and told us to just press the button if we need her and left once again. I told them that they can order whatever they want while looking at the menu. Once they opened theirs, I noticed that some of them have their jaws dropped. Reon and Semi then asked if I'm sure and I promised them that it's fine and that it's no big deal. 

Once we're done choosing our orders Kenjiro pressed the button to call the waitress. Once the waitress arrived, she told her our orders while she wrote them in her notebook. She repeated all our orders before she took off to be sure that she wrote all of them right.

After she left, I took a look at my surroundings. This place has trees in it with lights and lanterns in it. They have different plants surrounding us. The place has dark wooden chairs with matching green cushions in it but each chair is unique. Each of the tables is also unique, some of them are round and made of white marble with a hint of grey, some of them are rectangular and made of dark wood. I can tell this place is a bit fancy but it's nothing new considering my dad's restaurant picks in LA are expensive af.

As we're waiting for our order, Semi decided to start a conversation. He asked me what I was doing in Shiratorizawa and I told him that I have an interview and I might study there. Everyone joined in our conversation except for my brother. We tried including him but he only replies with ok, yes, or no. They asked me what year I'm gonna be this upcoming school year and I told them that I'm gonna be a second year. Yunohama then told me that I looked familiar and Reon realized it too.

Our food started arriving little by little, We continued with our conversation while eating, and once we're all done I ordered some desserts. They were against it but I quickly told them that it's no big deal. We ate our desserts and pressed the button for the bill. The bill was given to Kenjiro and he opened it but once he opened it he whisper shouted at me. I asked him why and he told me that the bill was expensive and that he wants to pay half but I told him to pass it to me. Once it's in my hand, I opened it and saw that it doesn't really cost that much. I opened my bag and get my credit card and placed it inside of the bill. I passed the bill to our waitress.

As we were waiting for my credit card back. I saw Kenjiro giving me a glare and my brother asked me how much was the total and I told him that it was over 20 500 yen only. He quickly told me that some of them aren't used to spending that much money. They decided to ask me how much it was and I just replied that it wasn't much but they really wanted to know so they asked Kenjiro. He told them the amount and everyone except my brother looked at me like I was crazy. They told me that they could've helped paying but I just glared at them.

My card arrived along with the receipt, I grabbed them and put it in my purse. All of us decided to leave. I checked at the time and saw that it was just 2 in the afternoon. Once we left the restaurant I told them that my brother and I have somewhere to go. Some of them also told me that they have to go home but before we parted way they thanked me again for the meal. I heard Toshi asking Tendou if he wants to come with us since that he lives in the same building but he's three floors down.

We took the bus to get there since I don't really wanna skate right now. We got in and choose our seats.

"I just realized that I have no idea what your penthouse looks like" Toshi said

"It's just plain tbh" i said

"Your definition of plain is not plain at all" Toshi said

"I promise it's just plain although it's a bit dark" i replied

"ok" he said

"Hey I finally found out why you looked familiar" Tendou said

"didn't Reon and Yunohama said that" i said

"yeah but it got me thinking" he said

"got it ok" i said while shrugging

"You're that surfer girl right? the one with a dark-skinned friend" he said

"Oh you mean Elysia? yeah yeah" i replied

"I remembered watching your surfing videos online, I really want to learn how to surf" he said

"I'll teach you when we have time" i said

"Arigato and btw by far out of all the competitions that you joined, which was the best one?" he asked

"Definitely the world surf league last year which was in Hawaii" i replied

I noticed that we're at our stop so we got out of the bus and walked towards the building. Once we got there. I walked towards the receptionist and told her my name. She gave me my key and called a man to assist us to my penthouse.
