Belladonna Breakfast Pudding

What you need:

- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 1/4 cup of cornstarch

- 3 cups of milk

- 4 egg yolks

- 2 tablespoons of butter

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla

- whisk

- small heavy saucepan

- 12 6-ounce custard cups

- saucepan

How to make:

1. Mix the sugar and cornstarch in saucepan, gradually whisk in milk and egg yolks until the mixture is smooth.

2. Stir the mixture constantly over medium heat until it thickens and comes to a boil.

3. Reduce heat to a simmer, and stir constantly for about a minute or whatever time you find appropriate. After, remove it from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.

4. Pour evenly into the custard cups, either serve them warm or refrigerate them until they're cold. Serving puddings with granola, fruit, or other toppings are optional.
