What you need:

- 2 cups of chicken stock

- 1 cup of dried orzo

- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese

- medium pot

How to make:

1. Put the chicken stock and orzo in the pot, and heat it until it comes to a boil. When the stock is boiling, bring the heat down to reduce the stock to a simmer.

2. Stir regularly until the chicken stock has been completely absorbed by the orzo. Afterwards, pour in the parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has completely melted.

3. Serve immediately, preferably as a side dish.
