📍Spa, Belgium 🇧🇪

The Grand Prix weekend was officially over and you could see it. There was less traffic, less fans and less paparazzi. Isabella and Charles had 1 whole day in Belgium to explore the nature and be with each other before getting back to their crazy lives in Monaco. The nature of Belgium was so calming and pretty this time a year, that they could forget everything that was going on in their busy lives.

It was crazy to think that 8 months ago they met each other for the first time in the hospital. Isabella would have never thought to be back at 100% again after that horrible accident and she certainly didn't think that she would see Charles again and become so close to him.

When they reached the end of their hike they sat down and enjoyed the view. Isabella thought it was the perfect time to ask Charles if he was okay. It was an emotional weekend for Charles and all the drivers who knew Antoine Hubert. This is what Charles really liked about Isabella, she was always thinking about others and made sure to check up on them.

Charles always had a hard time to open up about his feelings so he said he didn't really wanted to talk about it. Instead he put some music on on the radio as they enjoyed the view. Till this song came up from Tom Walker and Zoe Wees. A lyric in the song said it all

"Can't pretend to understand but I'll be there to hold your hand"

As Charles heard this lyric he broke down and started talking about his feelings, something he had almost never done before. He felt so vulnerable in that moment but safe at the same time, because he knew Isabella was there to hold his hand.

After this heavy talk Charles felt a lot better about everything he had held in himself ever since his good friend died. Today was supposed to be the day but Charles felt like it was not the right timing to ask Isabella to be his girlfriend so they ended up calling it a day. As Isabella went to bed, Charles stayed up to work on something for her...
