When Isabella ends up in the hospital after a big car crash she meets a boy who had an accident as well, Arthur Leclerc. When his brother comes and visit him but he isn't there, Isabella gets to spend some time with Charles and they hit it off right...
Charles did not make his move during the hike, but he wanted to do it before they would arrive in Monaco again. The only option was, to ask her to be more than friend in the Airplane. Luckily it was a private jet, but if she would say no it would be a long 2 hour flight. Charles and Isabella sat across from each other in the beginning of the flight but Charles wanted to show her something. Charles decided to sit next to her, Isabella got closer to him as well. If felt right in that moment so Charles decided to shoot his shot. He had prepared a little video for her with their Journey so far. It started of with pictures in the hospital, where they first met while Isabella and Charles little brother Arthur were in the hospital. It followed with clips from Isabella's rehabilitation process and their daily workout pictures and video's. Halfway Isabella started tearing up, nobody had ever done something for her like this and It showed how far they had come. The last part of the video were all clips and pictures from their boat days and the day that Isabella bought her new car. Charles had stayed up all night to make the video. He edited Isabella's favorite song in it :
The song was perfect for the video as it described their relationship so far. Especially the lyric:
"And I, wish we didn't say goodbye Cause we're just standing still and I don't really know what tomorrow holds. But I've finally realized if this is our last goodbye until we're gone who cares about the wrongs we caused ourselves because I don't want to watch the world end with someone else"
He made sure that he incorporated all the pictures from their days in Belgium. When the video was ended Isabella was all teared up and gave Charles a hug. In that moment he asked the big question, if Isabella wanted to be his and of course she wanted to be.

From that moment on the two of them were together as much as possible. It was hard being away from each other a lot, but they both did things they were passionate about and they made it work in their relation. Isabella tried to go to as much GP's as possible while managing the Hotel in Monaco. A lot of people would talk about them, but they didn't care because they knew what they had...
