Once again, I was dreadfully exhausted.

As much as I'm tired of hearing myself say it again and again- it was true. Especially regarding today.

"How are you feeling, Nakemura-san?"

A slightly concerned voice emerged from my tired daze. I blinked my glazed over eyes a bit to process what was said.

"Just.. Tired."

I said, dragging out a yawn coming from an open mouth.

"More than that, obviously. The incidents yesterday must have been tiring in itself."

Kiyoko-san stated in a 'matter of fact' tone. I couldn't blame her, I would have figured the same thing.

Nishino- I mean.. Yū and I conversed only a little bit after the 'incident' before heading off to bed- formally known as the stingy cots laid out for us.
It wasn't until around 2:15 in the morning, when a beyond worried Asahi-san came barging into the shed like a bull in a china shop. Sawamura-senpai as well as Sugawara-senpai followed close behind, only to find two sleeping teenagers resting a decent amount away from each other- the table put in between them laying on its side for the time being.
Long story short, we were awoken and returned safely to our rooms with Sawamura-senpai nagging behind Yū and Sugawara-senpai anxiously asking me if I was harmed or uncomfortable in any way.
To which I wasn't, I think.

"Today we don't have much to do, luckily. You can go back to the room and nap for a bit before the scrimmage starts."

Kiyoko-san offered.

I diligently shook my head.

"No. It's my responsibility anyway, and I'll just take a quick shower tonight instead of a bath so I could sleep a bit more."

Kiyoko-san nodded and turned her attention back to the multiple high school players in the expanded area.

The only thing I was able to scoop up these past few days were some characteristics on certain players that were well-noted for various aspects.

My eyes shifted towards Fukurodani high school, where a pepper haired owl stood triumphantly against defenders that couldn't touch the spikes that whizzed past their arms.
The spiky-haired player was one of the top five spikers in the prefecture. I believed that, because I've studied him quite a lot in particular for this coming scrimmage that I wanted to witness. But, there was something extremely fishy about Fukurodani's team that I can't quite put my finger on. And it has to do with the singular spiker in particular.. Bokuto-san, was it? He has an abundant amount of independent power, and yet I feel like he doesn't at the same time...
Maybe the answer lies with the setter? He's quiet, but intuitive and quick to think on his feet. Truly scary at first glance. Maybe a second Kozume-san, except... A little more present and stronger (sorry, Kozume-san). Aakashi-san is his name. He smells just as fishy as his friend does, or maybe it's just the fish from yesterday's dinner talking.
Maybe... Kuroo-san is next. I recently heard he was a notably splendid blocker. I would believe that, because his body and height were built for the position. But I never have seen him take up the role a lot.. Is it just me? Well, if it's true, maybe he could work with Tsukishima-san on it. I'm a bit frightened of what they might think of each other because of this, but it's a good opportunity for our main blocker to learn. He's not the most passionate one in the bunch, but he has a long ways to go until he's a hard, competitive level.

"YOO, KONEKOOO!~"

Speak of the devil.

I sighed in a totally readable annoyed manner, refusing to turn to the tall, red-clothed player.
