“That’s her?” I ask Alec as I wave the picture in his face. “Yes.” He replies coldly. I crumble up the picture and put it in my pocket. “Well damn. She’s better looking than I could imagine.” I say as I force the waded up paper into my pocket. Alec turns around and looks dead in my eyes. “Yes and if you don’t act professional on this mission I’ll cut your damn fingers off. So don’t try anything funny once we rescue her!” He says with a serious tone and continues walking. “No promises!” I say jokingly. I look back and notice that Barry is no longer following in the distance.
“Whoa. I think we left a man behind!” I scream to Alec. Alec turns around quickly “Shit. We have to turn back.” Alec says as he makes a U-turn back. “Hell no!” I pled as I grab the back of his jacket. “We’re rescuing this princess! Forget about Barry.” I say in a persuading voice. Alec brushes my hand off and continues walking. “You infatuated fool. Our friend is more important than some crush you have.” Alec says. I let him go and go forward on the mission. “I GUESS THIS IS GOODBYE! Have fun rescuing Barry!” I scream as I walk forward through the woods. I look back and see Alec’s middle finger up in the air.
I’ll just ignore that for now. Why can’t anyone see that fighting is more important than saving one another? Fuck…it’s so hard to convince them. Ah whatever! Who needs them anyways! I’m a one-man army anyways! I make my way through the trees and see an opening. In an exciting rush I dash through the trees and find myself outside the forest. I see flat piece of land with a clean cut grass covering. It must’ve gone on for miles. “No sign of the castle…damn.” I mutter to myself as I walk with less liveliness. “All I want is a damn princess!” I scream with a whiny tone.
Suddenly, I hear rustling noise. I put my fist up to my face and smile devilishly. My blood boils and I feel a blast of excitement surge up and down my body. “Come out and fight!” I scream. There was no answer. I grew impatient and begin to scream gibberish at the distance out of pure frustration. “You geberrr…teasing fucker…blahh!”
Then I saw it. Two legs hit the floor. “Metal armor?” I ask. The mysterious person wore, nothing but a knight’s armor. It had no openings expect for his face. However, it was flipped down so no one can see his true identity. “Steel.” He replied assertively. “Well excuse me!” I say humorously. He turns to his right and makes a signal with his hand. Almost like if he was gesturing a “come now” type of message. “Oh you have friends? They can join the party!” I scream as I put my hands up and get into a fighting stance. Abruptly, 3 others with the same armor come out of the trees and surround me. “Are you ready to die.” One of the steel-clad men says. I grin and say “This is going to be a hell of a time!”
