When we were at the car going home something unexpected happened
“anne?” he asked
“hmm?” I said as I was looking outside the window

“will you go out with me?” he asked
“go out were?” I said uninterested
“yah! How slow can you get. “ he said
I turned to him
“huh? What are you saying. You were the one who was asking an incomplete question” I fired back
“you could have just said the place where you want to go out” I said
Then suddenly the car stopped
“okay fine then let me rephrase my question” he said and looked at me
“will you go out with me on a date? “ he said
“not a friendly date but a date where
couples go” he added
Shit! Wait what? I was so shocked on what I heard and things was happening so fast my head cant keep up.
Okay anne breath in and out.
"Did you just asked me out?" I said
"Are you really that slow or you just want to ignore what i said?" He asked again
“are you serious?” I asked again
“do I look like im not?” he said and he bent his body forward towards me which made his face closer to mine.
SHIT!
“your blushing” he teased
“yah! “ I said and move his face away from me with my hand
“ouch, You could have just said no if you don’t want to “ he said feeling dissapointed
“I just don’t want to regret not asking you and im still happy if you would be friends with me” he continued
Ever had that moment where the words that you wanted to say was already at the tip of your tongue but you still can't say it?
Yup that's me right now.
“just forget what I said” he then starts the engine
I took a deep breath and said
“I’ll think about it”
Then he turned his attention to me again and he was smiling like how a kid got a present for christmas
“there you go again! Stop smiling at me like that you are going to give me a heat attack” I said
Geez how can i say no to hime when he looks at me like that. His smile was driving me crazy.
“is that a yes? “ he asked
“I said I’ll think about it okay? I never said I don’t like the idea of us dating” I said shyly
“then I’ll patiently wait for your answer” he said then he pats my head
So I guess we both are going to give it a shot.
But one thing is for sure I wont hold back my feelings this time. Im sure we will figure things out together, we always do.
We are going to drive together in this new road we choose. It's gonna be a long ride but at least we have each other.
