Chapter 31

After testing...
3rd person pov

It was finally the end of all the restless nights, the last-minute study sessions, the long nights where you think you're going to fail this test, and everything in between. But for F/n, it was just the beginning.

"Ugh I am soo tired," She yawned as she put away the now empty water bottled all inside their respected containers. 

Giving her a pat on the back, the coach gave her some words of encouragement, "Even if you are tired l/n-san, thank you for putting up the team, especially the twins. I don't know how you do it sometimes!" 

"He, thank you, coach," She pulled her hands above her head and let out a huge sigh of relief, "Do you want me to- What the hell is going on over there?" She yells at the door that was about burst. Quickly running to see what was behind the locked door, she hears the screams and yells of what she thought was Atsumu's or Osamu's name.

"Open up! Quick!" Suwa?? What was he doing outside? Ripping the door open was indeed Suwa, with a mob of both males and females charging after him, screaming his name as if they were the same people who drove Frankinstian's monster away.

(A/n: Fun Fact, not many people know this but Frankinstian was the name of the scientist who MADE the monster, not the monster themselves!)

"Suwa? What are you doing here? And what is with all that racket?" F/n yelled after she safely got Suwa inside the locked gym, all thanks to Atsumu's and Osamu's crazy fans.

"Well after news got out that we broke up, a bunch of your fans started coming at me, saying that I did something. Two things! One I don't even know what I did, two, I started talking to a therapist, that's why I was even at the gym anyway," If you didn't know, the layout of the school was the basketball team was mostly outside on sunny days, like today, which was far from the gym the volleyball teams use.

"Oh that's great Suwa, I'm proud of you! Also, I haven't told anyone what you did, so I don't know how they know," She began thinking of who else knew the secret, and then it clicked, "Oi, boy's get over here!" 

Stopping whatever they were doing, they all huddled to f/n wondering what the commotion outside was, they knew it wasn't the twin's fans, since the principal implanted a rule saying that no one that isn't apart of the club or isn't trying what it is like to be in the club should be allowed inside anyone's club unless permitted.  

"What's going on f/n-san," Kita asked whipping away the sweat on his forehead.

"Did someone spill the secret," She asked in a low whisper ensuring the fact that no one outside the gym could hear. They all shook their heads 'no' and began thinking about if they had accidentally spoken too loud, "Well someone did and know practically the whole school is out for Suwa's head!"

"Why don't you just ask them?" Atsumu said nonchalantly, bouncing a ball up and down.

"No shit ding dong, I just wanted to see if one of you would rat each other out," She said so calmly making her way to the door. The boys giving each other a look that said, 'Would you rat me out?'

The yelling died down so the mob must have left or thinned out by now right?  F/n thought as she slowly unlocked the door only to be face to face they the angry faces of Inarizaki.

"WHAT DID HE DO TO YOU F/N-SAMA???" One of her underclassmen yelled, trying to get a peek of Suwa, who has now hidden inside the boys changing room.

"For the last time, please refrain from calling me F/n-sama, I don't think I am fit for a title like that," For some reason, the sun started beaming onto f/n's skin, creating little sparks of glitter all over her, which made what she just said meaningless. "Secondly, why were you chasing Suwa all over the school?"

(A/n: Lmao that gave me such Yuki from Fruits Basket vibes)

"We heard you two broke up, so we wanted to know why!"

"Well just so that you know, we broke up on good terms, we just felt like we would be better off as friends than a couple, also please leave you must have somewhere else important to be," She hoped no one knew the real reason why they broke up. 

"Oh, um, is that all?" Another underclassman said starting to melt into the pavement beneath them.

"Yes, so can you please excuse me, we still have practice," She said turning her back at the group slowly backing away from the group. Closing the door behind her, she turns to see the team in awe.

"How did you do that??" Atsumu said in such delight.

"Did what?" She was confused about what Atsumu told her.

"Everything! The sun shining down on your face, making the tiny sparkles, making the crowd go away!" He continues looking as if she knew exactly what he was talking about.

"How should I know! My eyes were close when the sun said, 'oH lET's FuCk WiTh HeR eYeS fOr A bIt'" She mockingly says rubbing them as well since it did cause some strain when the sun first started shining brightly on her. "And I guess they just a good answer. Oh, Suwa you can go to your club now, they left," 

"Ah thanks, l/n-san, I own you one," He says picking up his gym bag and head out the door, double-checking to see if there were any stragglers waiting for him to come out.

"I feel like I'm forgetting something," Atsumu says picking up the ball.

"Well if you forgot something, then it was not important," His brother retorted.

They forgot to inform Sakusa about what happened to f/n these past few months...
