"Y'know," Gloves started "Firefly and Waterfall are linguistic opposites. But not physical opposites."
Emperor sighed. Sadly, he was used to this. The one and only downside about sharing a bed with his lover was that...well, Gloves had a tendency to spew out rather cursed thoughts or just random stuff that made sense when you thought about it.
"Love, go back to sleep." He muttered, reaching a hand up to pet one of Gloves' wolf-like ears, in an attempt to get them to fall asleep.
"It's true. And y'know, any crayon can be flesh-colored if your organ's fail just right."
The king's own ears shifted, so they tilted slightly towards his back. He wasn't annoyed, just...a bit concerned for his consort's mental state. "Gloves. Please go to sleep."
"But-"
Emperor shut Gloves up with a kiss. Gloves' arms went around the rabbit's neck, while Emperor's own wrapped around the wolf's waist.
When they pulled away, Gloves was panting, out of breath. And Emperor just smiled. "Will you go to sleep, now?"
Gloves nodded. "Oh fine... I love you Emp."
"I love you too, Glovesy." Emperor pressed another kiss to Gloves' nose, before snuggling up to the wolf and falling asleep.
