We have come to a really important and heavy part of the story, discussing Marie's bipolar disorder. Especially in this part her depression.

Depression affects many, many people. It doesn't discriminate, it doesn't care who you are. It makes you isolate yourself.

I had to dig into a dark place to write the upcoming episodes. I went to a place I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

There is no shame in seeking help, I want to make this clear. If you find yourself relating to any themes discussed within TFTPG then please tell someone and seek help. No matter how small.

Please remember that mental health matters, your mental health matter and that you matter. Please reach out to people, if you need it or if you think someone does. Sometimes a shoulder to lean on means everything.

Writers Note:
I am happy to say that I am in a much better place now. So please reach out to people if you are in a dark place. Or reach out to others if you think they are suffering.

If you take one thing away from this story it is that you matter. Your mental health matters.
