Scared outta my mind I tried to go further into the closet to escape the grasp of my red eyed lover.
"Cora please come out" Luke whined.
This closet honestly seemed never ending. I went further and further back till I hit a door nob. Scattering to my feet I opened the door and ran.
The scenery seemed familiar once I got out of the passage/closet. It confused me how they would be able to have a secret passage way to the woods.
Breaking from my thoughts I heard Luke screaming my name from about 20 feet away.
I started to run as fast as I can. I don't know where I was going but I know I wasn't going back home just yet not till I've led them really far into the forest.
"Cora we can hear you heartbeat!" Michaels voice boomed in my head.
Holding my breath I found a little cave covered by broken trees. the space to get in was perfect sense I was on the skinnier side.
"Where did she go?" Sara growled sniffing the air for my scent.
"That way babe" Michael growled running in the direction of the old cabins.
Sticking my head out I looked around the area to make sure that no one was around to see me or catch me.
As I got out I heard trees breaking in the distance. But the breaking got closer and closer to my location.
I started to feel are sharp pain in my left arm. A huge cut was made in my forearm. Probably from the trees but idk.
Knowing they would find me by my scent now. I started to limp back to the closet.
Since the breaking had stopped i decided to just take my time. I didn't wanna harm myself more then I was. Limping all the way back wasn't fun but the animals running around and the soft wind blowing made it calm and not scary like before.
But I thought to soon.
A giant oak tree in front of me fell and made the ground shake which led to me falling on my ass. Another one maybe 8 feet behind me fell and made the ground shake even more.
Crawling to the closet tree to me and sitting down. I started to breathe heavily knowing what might happen next.
The idea of getting drained of every ounce in your body terrified me. But I was much more scared of something else. Someone else.
"Oh look sleeping beauty ran away"
