Seong-Hun laughed as they approached the courtyard of the palace where she reigned queen. Guards with black-tinted helmets now stood in front of the palace doors. Seong-Hun gasped and clutched tighter to Jungkook.

"J-jungkook, they've coronated my brother as king." she whispered in his ear. He slowed Jewang and turned to face her.

"They did what?" he asked, the low murmur of their speech slowly rising to a normal pitch.

"My brother now has full power of the palace." The silence that followed was so very silent that Seong-Hun could hear Jungkook's deep gulp. He cleared his throat.

"W-well, I-" he began.

"Halt!" A guard ran to the gates, pointing at Jungkook, Seong-Hun, and Jewang. "Get off of the horse!" he yelled as Jungkook and Seong-Hun slid off of Jewang.

"Be a good horse, Jewang." Jungkook whispered into Jewang's ear. Jewang whinnied, trying not to show that he was a talking horse. The guard clamped Jungkook's hands in handcuffs, and then did the same to Seong-Hun. No one struggled or even made a noise.

"Good. I will take you to King Jung-Hoon." The guard smiled maliciously, tied the two 'prisoners' to one rope, and led them to the palace entrance. Seong-Hun gave Jungkook a worried glance. Jungkook responded with an assuring nod. Seong-Hun smiled nervously and once again looked straight ahead. They soon arrived inside the palace.

"Ah, sister. You have arrived at last." the King said, clasping his hands together and smirking.

"Yes. So what if I have?" Seong-Hun lifted her head high in the air proudly.

"Tsk, tsk, Seong-Hun. You have been stripped of your queenship. You are not angry?"

"Of course I am, Jung-Hoon."

"Why don't you act like it?" he asked suspiciously.

"Hey, listen, she can act how she likes." Jungkook butted in, but the guard who let them in grabbed a small dagger and placed it only a few centimeters away from Jungkook's throat. Seong-Hun whimpered and then went back to her conversation with her brother.

"I am still rightfully the queen. You and your," She tipped her head in the general area of the king's subjects. "petty subjects don't matter. They coronated you because I left and they were afraid. They were afraid, Jung-Hoon. That doesn't make you the rightful king." She began to walk up to King Jung-Hoon's throne, but was yanked back. She frowned disapprovingly at King Jung-Hoon.

"Petty, you say? I heard one of your subjects stole this crown." He patted the crown on his head. Seong-Hun grimaced.

"Yes, and he was executed immediately." she lied, trying to sound confident, even though there was an imperceptible waver in her voice.

"And the murder of King Si-Woo?" To this, Seong-Hun could not answer.

"I-I don't know, Jung-Hoon."

"Lies!" he cried.

"Jung-Hoon! I-I really don't k-know!" she said, but King Jung-Hoon wouldn't listen. The walls began to crumble and she fell over trying to undo her bindings.
