Peace in The Lands

A new Kage? A new council? More elders?

Sasuke was interested in how Konoha would handle the deaths of those that held office. Who would be appointed to making that decision? Will they allow input from the village? The Ninjas?

Konoha was in that rehabilitation stage, and one wrong move and this village could relapse, Sasuke doesn't even want to think about what would happen if they relapse. Him and Naruto would have to destroy the village and start from scratch.

There has been a meeting called, Sasuke walked out his home that was empty and he was surprised, he had never had an empty home. It was filled with either Naruto, Neji or even Shikamaru at times.

It was weird. He sort of missed their time and space. The Akatsuki was back in the lands, almost done creating the true peace of the world, moving the bloody mist into peace and was on there separate ways back to their home village.

Itachi and Deidara obviously coming back home. Sasuke had managed to walk by the Hyuga clan, he was going to walk right by but then he heard Neji's voice. It sounded angry, and something switched inside the Uchiha's mind.

Walking into the clan his eyes darted around and saw Neji standing there with his arms folded, his hair was cascading down his back and he looked at his cousins and uncle,

"Seriously? You think you can ban me from seeing him?" Neji said and Sasuke hummed a little.

"You have to marry either Hinata or Hanabi. The clan needs your eye prowess." Both Hinata and Hanabi did not look happy at the news, Poor Hinata was in a secret relationship with Tenten and Hanabi had been crushing on Konohamaru for a while now.

"You mean you want to continue the side branch slavery? The chains that bound me to this clan? The seal? I have to be chanined to this clan instead of marrying the one I love?" Neji asked calmly, Sasuke was about to walk over and heard a yawn.

"Don't worry about it Sasuke! I'll go save Neji." Naruto said as he ruffled Sasuke's hair, having to stand on the tops of his toes.

"I'm not even going to ask how you managed to get here?" Naruto chuckled.

"I could sense your uneasiness. Don't worry,  I'll handle this." Naruto walked over, he calmly raised his hand.

"Hiashi. Let's not be so power hungry when the village is changing? Let's allow them to forge their own path yeah?" Naruto said and Neji tilted his head.

"Naruto, what are you doing here?" Naruto smiled.

"Ah a little Uchiha is worried and called for backup. So Hiashi, you want to do this the hard way or the easy way?" Hiashi's eyes activated and Naruto sighed.

"You an outsider doesn't get to muddle in clan affairs." Naruto snorted, looking at the Hyuga. His eyes flashed red, and very calmly red chakra controlled his pathways.

"Hiashi, do you really want to die for your beliefs?" Naruto said calmly, the girls calmly looked on. Shaking a little as Hiashi looked into red eyes and Naruto smiled.

"Gotcha." Hiashi eyes closed and he hit the ground. Naruto hummed and looked to Neji.

"Bend down, let's get that nasty seal off of you." Neji did as he was told, Naruto bit his thumb, allowing it to dance across Neji's forehead. The whole time Sasuke and Shikamaru looked on.

"Naruto is amazing." Sasuke said watching as the seal left Neji's forehead. Shikamaru yawned and smiled.

"He is, you wouldn't know by looking at him that he's all scarred and messed up." Shikamaru said as the two talked with Hinata and Hanabi.

"You love him right?" Sasuke asked, talking about his best friend, who he also saw as a brother that was smiling with his future husband.

"I love him, I've always adored him. He is the show." Naruto and Neji looked over to Sasuke and Shikamaru, waving to their lovers before going right back into conversation.

"As you should, though convincing Deidara might take a little more effort." Shikamaru sighed at the thought of that. There was a voice behind them.

"What's a Nara exhausted about now? You all missed the meeting anyways." Shikamaru and Sasuke turned to see Deidara and Itachi. Both were holding hands and Itachi looked exhausted.

"You cleaning up his messes again?" Sasuke asked his brother and Itachi chuckled.

"Everyday little brother, and Deidara seems he wants to be even more bothersome now that he's pregnant." Naruto's gasps could be heard throughout the lands, Deidara looked away from his brother before he yelled, but all Naruto did was place a hand to Deidara's stomach.

Everybody was quiet, Hinata and Hanabi managed to drag their father into the home. Neji made his way over and leaned into Sasuke and Shikamaru watched the brothers.

"Do you want to know how many kids and genders?" Naruto asked calmly, Deidara nodded and Naruto pulled away.

"Twins, two boys." Naruto said and Deidara smiled. He hugged Naruto and Naruto sighed.

"I should name them after dad." Itachi held a soft smile and Naruto nodded.

"Yeah, you should." Naruto said as they pulled away from the hug. They all heads back to the Nara clan to talk and catch up.

"They lifted all charges against Orochimaru. He will be your Kage now. They let all the missing Ninja's home, granted they get therapy and counseling on their trauma." Deidara said rubbing his belly. Shikamaru was sleeping on Naruto's shoulder while Naruto held him. Neji was sitting in Sasuke's lap while Itachi decided to grab take out to satisfy Deidara's cravings,

They are holding another Chunin exams in a month to determine more Chunin. Then Konoha decided to make sure that every clan only has a main clan, no branch clan. They don't want to have a civil war like the mist." Naruto smiled calmly and spoke.

"What about the Akatsuki?" Naruto asked, at the mention of Akatsuki Shikamaru's eyes flew open and he looked at Naruto's features.

"Obito is currently with Kakashi, confessing his sins. Kakuzu and Hidan are offering spiritual guidance for a price of course." Deidara trailed and then gasped.

"Kisame ended up back in the Mist with Zabuza. Sasori moved back to the sand and wants to patch up his relationship with his grandma, and Nagato and Konoha decided to fix up your home." Naruto's tilted his head, Itachi had managed to come home and set the food on the coffee table in the living room.

"My home?" Naruto asked, Shikamaru hummed and Deidara spoke.

"Uzushiogakure. The village hidden in the world pools? It belonged solely to the Uzumaki clan it was that abundant." Naruto blinked and Shikamaru whispered.

"Let's do some research first before you let your brain goes running," Naruto nodded and spoke.

"Sasuke, our peace is here." Sasuke tightened his hold on Neji and spoke.

"It sure is here Naruto." Sasuke said as the six of them ate dinner.
