#001 PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL
I am strict with this one. If you're going to be rude to me, then kiss my ass goodbye. I won't tolerate with people who had no manners. I am giving you my best service to pleased you,as my customers and for that I expect the same thing from you.
#002 PLEASE BE PATIENT
I am a human being just like you too. I need to rest, eat and sleep. So it may take a while to complete your request which I tried my best to not making you waiting since i know waiting is kind of challenging. Again please bear with it. Don't try to push my limit button.
#003 NO SHOP HOPPING
I get that you wanted some backup if the covers we, designers made for you couldn't satisfied your needs. But please,please don't do shop hopping. We had pour out time and creativity just to make sure you got the best products. Again, I'm begging you... before you want to request from me don't try this act.
#004 THE BOOK MUST EXISTS
I do not take a request where the customer said,'im going to used it after I've completed my draft'. it's a big NO. I've experience it multiple times already from my previous shop. Do not give me a fake hope. I'll check if your book published or not.
#005 GIVE ME A CREDITS
I know some of you thinks that it's just a small matters but to us, it represents our existence and our careers. So make sure you'll add it on your description after you used it.
#006 CLAIM YOUR COVER WITHIN THE TIME GIVEN
After I published your parts, you had 24-34 hours to claim your covers, or it will automatically goes to "Hall or Zeus" in other words... premade.
