Alex's POV
Claire has always been my best friend. I love her like a sister. But... She's always been so... Preppy.
I cringe at the word.
Don't get me wrong, Claire's great and all, she's always humble and kind. (Unlike most "preps") But I'm sort of... Alternative. Emo. Whatever you call it.
And lately I've seen Claire hanging out with the wrong crowd. Jocks, cheerleaders, *shudder* and cliquey, giggly, nasty, gossipy, pink-wearing girls. Ew.
Anyway, I've basically devised a master plan to make Claire like my friends- and my friends like Claire.
See, that's the tricky part. My friends are extremely opposed to any of Claire's type, so I'm going to try to make Claire a little like us. Carefree, black-wearing, my-chemical-romance-listening-teenagers that didn't give a fuck what you thought.
Anyway, here goes.
I bang on Claire's door a few times. No answer. I bang a few more until I hear a muffled groggy voice from inside. I can't quite make out what she's saying. Oh well, at least she's up.
She opens the door.
Or not.
Well, today's the day I make her skip class. And lucky me, we're halfway there.
Sadly Claire never gives in to my suggestions. Of course it didn't work.
But hey, a night of Pierce The Veil can change a person, right? Maybe?
