Chapter 7(Kids these days)

       Dr.Niya comes in to check on me a last time before leaving,I guess she likes me after all,who wouldn't?Am cool🙈.Lily decides to go home and Nick opts to take her and return to spend the night here with me.I turn to look at him surprised,"the night?I will be fine plus I have Jordan and my Aunt will be here soon.So you can...yeahh,go where you knoww...you want to,I will be fine",I end the sentence feeling a bit awkward about the number of fillers I used,I really didn't want him here or did I?I snap out of my inner world and say goodbye to Lily who leaves with Nick behind her.
     
     Jordan keeps gazing at the door after Nick shut it behind him,I guess he really is into Lily.
     "You know you could just run after her and say goodbye,your look is really depressing man,"I giggle at the end and Jordan frowns,"keep teasing me,Liz ,I will get you",he smiles in satisfaction.
        "Yeah ,right.As if you would,anyway I could get you her number",I wink at him and pull my tongue out teasingly.
        "Really?he asks trying to hide the excitement .
        "Yeahh,really.So far as you are willing to pay 50 dollars for it,"I laugh and cover my mouth with my palm.
      "If that were the case,I no longer need it,take it,keep it,stingy girl"he scoffs and I burst into laughter,"Ow Jordan,I keep laughing till he stands up from where he is sitting and threatens to kill me if I laughing.
        "Am so sorry,I will stop",I chuckle and raise my hand in surrender,"such a baby",I mutter under breath.
        "What did you say?,he raises brow in suspicion
        "Nothing,I said nothing".
We hear a knock on the door and Aunt Helena walks through the door.
     "Mom,Aunt!"We both say excited and Jordan rushes to hug her like a kid.He takes her bag and places it on the couch by the window and she comes to hug and kiss me on the forehead.She releases me and gives me a sad smile.
        "How are you dear?Am so sorry I couldn't make it early,I had a lot going on at the shop and my apprentice are new,so it's hard to trust them with running the shop".
      "It's okay Aunt,the good thing is you are here and it wasn't that serious",I hold her hand and smile to assure her of my being okay.
     "Who did this to you anyway?I want to have a word with him or her,this is just not done",she shakes her head and sits down in anger while staring at the bandage on my leg.
     "Aunt ,I assure you am fine.It was just this kid at school who didn't see me coming so ..."Aunt turns to look at me surprised at how calm I am talking about an incident that could have cost me my life.
      "See you coming,ha!where were his or her eyes?How old is he?Am sure a six-year old can drive better than he or she can,Oh Lord,kids these days.",she looks at Jordan and I and takes a deep breath before continuing,"so what did the doctor say?
     Jordan takes over explaining what ever the doctor said and Aunt nods in satisfaction,"Okay,that's good".

      We sit in silence for a few minutes and Aunt decides to break the silence,"What was Jordan doing at your school anyway?"
