(Little note, not too important, you, Shane, and Alex are already married and you got married on the Flower Dance)

Today was the 5th of Summer, 5:30 A.M. It has been almost a season since (Name), Shane, and Alex had gotten married. Both of (Name)'s lovely husbands had finally moved their stuff in a few days ago and today they wanted to start helping their farmer spouse. However, there was a small problem. Alex was the only one without farm experience. (Name) was still asleep while Shane and Alex were in the kitchen. Alex was in a slight panic of how he should help around the farm. He walked up behind Shane and pulled his sleeve to pull away the chicken man's attention from his cooking. "Hey, babe, I need your help with something." Shane turned slightly to Alex before focusing back to his cooking. "I'm not amazing at helping, but I'll help you the best I can. So, what's on your mind?" Alex felt a little embarrassed to admit it, but he knew that he wouldn't be judged. "I really wanna help out (Name) with their farm work, but I'm not sure if I'd be doing anything right. I'm afraid if I water the crops that I'll over water or I won't give them enough. And I've never handled any farm animals before..." Shane turned the stove off, plating the breakfast he made for his lovers, and guided Alex to sit with him at the table. "Well, you could help me with the animals. I think I know plenty about them from Marnie." "But, what if I mess up? What if I don't do it the way (Name) does it? What if-" Shane chuckled at his husband's panic, though not in a bullying sort of way, but more in an adoring way. "Hun, even if you mess up they'll still love you. We'll both still love you even if you make mistakes. Hell, I've made plenty of them and you both for whatever reason still married me. We can teach you, honey." "Are you sure?" "Yes. I'm sure hun. We can both teach you."

Alex smiled at Shane's kind words before turning to his breakfast. While they were eating they heard footsteps coming into the kitchen. The two looked over to see their exhausted spouse. "Mornin, love. I made breakfast." The tired farmer stretched and yawned. "Thank you darling, you really didn't have to do that." "Yeah but I wanted to. You came to bed pretty late last night so I expected you to be exhausted when you woke up today." (Name) takes a seat at the table where their plate was at. "Well, I really appreciate it." They say and give Shane a light kiss on the cheek. They dig into their breakfast before looking up at Alex, noticing he was spaced out. "Alex? You alright sweetheart?" Alex snapped out of his thoughts and looked up at his spouse. "Oh, yeah. I'm fine!" "What's on your mind, sweets?" The gridball player felt a little embarrassed to tell them but still wanted to get his issue off his chest. "It's just... I want to help you out around the farm, but I've never really worked with any of that kind of stuff before. The closest thing I've done to farming is helping my grandma out with watering a few plants here and there." Alex was waiting for (Name) to laugh or make fun of him but that didn't happen.

"That's it? Sweetheart, me and Shane didn't marry you, expecting you to be an amazing farmer and helping out with everything. It's okay if you don't know a thing about farming, that's why you have us to teach you!" They smiled and gave Alex a kiss on his cheek. Shane chimed in as well, "See, hun? I told you they wouldn't mind." Alex felt his face heat up in embarrassment. "Sorry. It was kinda dumb..." (Name) grabbed his face with their hand and turned his head so he was looking at them. "Sweetheart, don't ever think that your doubts or insecurities are dumb. It's fine to think that way. Don't be afraid to ask for help about anything, sweets." Alex smiled. He was never used to asking for help since he mostly figured out everything on his own since he felt like he'd be burdening his grandparents. "I love you guys." Shane and (Name) got out of their seats to give their husband a hug. "We love you too, hun/sweets." The three of them let go to continue with their day. "C'mon, sweets. Let's get our dishes in the sink so we can get started on teaching!"
