DANA TURNED OVER expecting to be greeted by the wall she was used to seeing every morning, but instead she was met with an eerily peaceful sleeping Judd.

Groaning to herself she shifted onto her back and stared at the ceiling.

"Fuck." She whispered.

She should have just listened to Matthew and then she wouldn't be waking up next to a man that doesn't even like her.

Oh well.

Sighing, Dana slowly slid off the side of her bed and her feet touched the cold ground of her wooden floor as she harshly pulled the drawer of her bedside table open and grabbed the leaf of pills.

She groaned once again before swallowing it roughly and yanking her phone from under her pillow and reading through her texts while she walked slowly towards the small toilet outside her room.

After freshening herself up, she emerged from the toilet looking less like a zombie and closer to a human with a stable mental condition.

"Dana, you have to come." Leah begged from the other end of the phone.

Dana had successfully gotten Judd to leave her home (with a lot of effort) and was now listening to Leah beg her to accompany her and Tallulah to the mall.

"Leah, we go the the mall all the time, what's the problem if I miss out one day? Just go with T." Dana grumbled, setting her phone on her bedside table and shuffling her duvet around as she looked for her glasses.

"That's the thing. Tallulah won't be coming along." Leah smiled maliciously.

"Leah..." Dana spoke in a warning tone, already knowing that the blond was most likely up to something and finding her glasses.

"Tallulah's got a date with Val and I wanna spy on them." Leah spoke hastily.

"Oh. Okay, I'll be at yours in ten." Dana spoke her farewells to her friend and lazily threw her phone on her bed and began to attempt to make herself look socially acceptable after 8 solid days of not leaving her house.

Dana pulled her hair back into a messy ponytail, chunks of her baby pink hair falling down the front of her face, framing it nicely as she slid a leather jacket around her torso and fell into her rusty old car, making her way closer to the city and into Leah's driveway.

Dana pressed her car horn three times, alerting Leah that she had arrived and was waiting for her, the growl of her engine quietened ever so slightly as it stood idle but awake.

Brown eyes looked towards the big white door as it creaked softly, a figure emerging from inside and stepping into the cold November atmosphere.

Dana rolled her upturned eyes as a small smile faded onto her face and she rolled the window of her old Jeep down.

"Hello, Judd." She greeted.

"Dana." He nodded from the porch as he leaned against one of the pristine white pillars, smoothly slipping a joint into his perfectly shaped lips, cheekbones becoming more prominent as he sucked in the toxic air.

Dana looked into Judd's eyes as he looked into hers, an unspoken staring contest occurring, all types of tension between them thickening.

Judd squinted his eyes at the woman in the car out of spite, his eyes turning into slots of green, white and black.

Dana had enough of the growing tension and reached her arm out to open her car door, ready to jump his bones but stopping abruptly as a high-pitched squeal came out of the house in front of them.

"Dana!" Leah squealed, bounding over to her best friend's car with old paint peeling off of it.

"Judd, go away you're scaring my friend." Leah told the boy, irritation clear in her voice.

Judd rolled his eyes and grumbled something before dropping the joint to the floor and killing its flame by stepping on it with his heavy combat boots, eyes never leaving Dana's.

"Come on! Let's go, I wanna know what Tallulah sees in Val. I mean, he's got crazy hair and the most annoying voice.." Leah carried on blabbing on about her issues with Val as Dana drove away from the house, mind clouded with explicit images of her and Judd that were bound to stay in her mind for the rest of the week.
