A Reylo Chapter: Chapter 3: Spending Quality Time Together

Once Rey & Ben walk back onto the Falcon Rey & Ben sit down in the small booth & begin talking to each other about where to go next.

"So, Ben. What are you thinking. Where do you wanna go?" Rey asks. "I don't know. Honestly, Rey I think we should just take a break from travelling to other planets of the galaxy I mean we've gone to so many places & I just think it's time for us to spend time together without travelling. What do say?" Ben says. "I think that's a good idea Ben. I'm glad you brought that up. What do you wanna do while were taking a break from travel? I mean we can go back into Maz's castle & have some beer or we can just stay on the Falcon or talk with our fellow Jedi friends that are now force ghost spirits. What do you wanna do?" Rey asks. "Well first I think we should talk to Luke about finding his lightsaber, then I'll think about what we do next." Ben says as Rey nods & heads outside with Ben & sits down on the grass together opening both of their minds to the force.
Once they do they close their eyes then open them again & see, not just Luke, but Leia as well.
"Mom?" Ben says. "Hi, son." Leia says.

Ben wanted to cry when he saw his mother Leia but he was able to keep the tears away.
"Master Skywalker we were just at Maz's castle & we found this." Rey says as she unclips Luke's lightsaber from her belt & hands it to Luke.
"So, you finally found it. I knew someone would eventually. How did Maz find this?" Luke asks. "She found it on Yavin 4 where your Jedi Temple was. It was burnt down & rubble was everywhere by the time she found it." Ben says. "I understand. I also understand that your still having a hard time when you remember back to those days. Like the day I came to you at the Temple & you turned on me." Luke says as Ben lowers his head. "I never meant to hurt anyone Luke. Even though I did." Ben says as Luke gets down on his knees in his force ghost form.

He touched the side of his face & Ben felt the warmth of Luke's hand rubbing against his face softly.
"We all know it was your fault for burning down the Temple Ben, but you were scared & didn't know what to do. Just be glad your done with the dark side for now. 
Now Rey. About you finding my saber. I want you have it."
Luke says as he moves away from Ben & hands Rey his saber.
"I knew when you found my saber you would keep it. Leia knew that too. Especially because she remembers you saying, "I will earn your brother's saber.. One day." You knew you would be the one to take it with you on your journeys you just didn't remember & that's ok. Not every Jedi has to trace their steps or remember what happened." Luke says as Rey grins. "Well I should let you guys go. Is their anything else you needed from me?" Luke asks as Rey shakes her head. Ben stays silent.
"Ben, what about you?" Luke asks. "I'm fine I don't need to tell you about anything." Ben says. "Ok we'll enjoy yourselves. &  may the force be with you always." Luke says as Rey waves goodbye to Luke & Leia.

Once their force ghosts vanished Rey got to her feet & helped Ben up.
"Ben something's obviously going on with you. What's wrong." Rey asks as Ben looks at Rey. "I keep seeing things in my mind. Old memories of my dark side self. Rey, I think someone's trying to get me to turn to the dark side again." Ben says. "No. No one is getting into your mind & telling you to turn to the dark side. Ben let's just go in the Falcon & talk about something's. Like how about you tell me about The World Between Worlds."

Rey says as Ben grins & nods & walks with Rey into the Falcon.
In the Falcon Rey sits down with Ben in the cockpit as they begin talking to each other about The World Between Worlds.
"So starting simple, what is The World Between Worlds?"
Rey asks as Ben scratches his forehead.

"Well The World Between Worlds... Keeping it simple as you asked, is a place, a mystical plane within the force that served as a collection of doors & pathways existing between time & space, pretty much linking all moments in time together. That's why I keep remembering my past because when I was their I saw my past & I can't stop thinking about it." Ben says. "Well then maybe we should go their."
Rey says as she touches Ben's hand. 
"No, that's a bad idea. I don't think I can go back their. Look Rey I don't wanna go their again because one, You & me would be trapped until Luke finds us & sets us free. Second, you & I would see our pasts & I don't want to put myself or yourself through that." Ben says. "Ok. So do you know why my parents are their along with other people seeing their past?" Rey asks.

That was Rey's second question & Ben knew he didn't have that answer for her so he tried to make out what he could. By telling her his honest truth.
"I'm being honest with you Rey, I honestly don't know. When I was their I did see others but I didn't pay attention to them when I saw them. But I did see one person when I was their. She had Twelik like hair. It was blue & white but  surprisedly she was a Jedi. I don't remember what her name was but I do remember seeing her at our wedding in her force ghost form. I don't know the force gets very confusing sometimes." Ben says.
"I understand it confuses me sometimes too." Rey says. "Is their anything else you need to know?"
Ben asks as Rey shakes her head no.

"No. I think I've learned enough. But Ben, I still think we should give ourselves a chance at going to The World Between Worlds. I understand it's gonna be hard for you to go their again but we'll do this together this time. What do you say?" Rey asks as she opens her hand up to Ben.

Ben takes her hand & shakes it agreeing with her.
"Together." Ben says. "Together. Now, how do we get their?" Rey asks. "Simple force thing. Just don't open your eyes until you feel a need to. Ok." Ben says. "Ok."
Rey says as Ben & Rey close their eyes.
