Rey still sat in the small booth on the Falcon until she heard the Falcon jump into hyperspace. Rey got up & walked to the cockpit to see Ben over looking the controls & systems on the ship.
"What you doing?" Rey asks starling Ben. "Rey! Hi, sorry you startled me their but you were asking what I'm doing?" Ben says. "Mhmm." Rey mummers. "I'm just overlooking some of the controls while we wait for this ship to jump out of hyperspace. So, how do you think the Resistance doing?" Ben asks. "I'm sure their all doing fine their probably just doing what they always do. Take a fly in their X-Wing, work on ships, walk around, a whole bunch of things. The Resistance is always pretty busy that's why I leave, to give them time to do their own things without me or you distracting them." Rey says as Ben nods. "Do you think they'll still remember me?" Ben asks. "Remember you? Of course they'll remember you they were at our wedding on Naboo remember. Trust me they'll remember you."
Rey says as Ben smiles then turns back to look back at the controls.
As Rey stands by watching Ben Rey watches as the Falcon jumps out of hyperspace & alerts Ben.
"Ben! Were out of hyperspace!"
Rey says as Ben pulls up on the controls & steady's the ship as he moves the Falcon into it's landing spot.
When they land Rey takes a sigh of relief & pats Ben on the shoulder before exiting the Falcon with him. When they do exit the Falcon Rey is met by BB-8 who was very pleased to see her. "Hi BB-8! It's been awhile! Where the others?" Rey asks as BB-8 beeps in his droid language. "What is he saying?" Ben asks. "He's saying the others are over at the consoles looking things through." Rey says. "Ok, sorry I don't know droid language as much as you do." Ben says. "Don't worry I'll teach sometime." Rey says as Ben smiles & begins to follow Rey who was following BB-8 as he led them to Poe & Finn.
As Rey approaches Poe & Finn Finn runs right into Rey's arms giving her a warm welcome hug. "I'm glad your back Rey." Finn says as Poe turns around & smiles at the sight of seeing Rey & Ben. "I'm glad to be back, Finn. So, what's going on here?" Rey asks. "Oh, you know, the normal things that we do around here. Check the ships, take em out for a fly, other things. So where have you two been?" Poe asks. "We've been everywhere. We enjoy travelling together." Rey says as Poe chuckles.
"Well that's always something fun to do. So any exciting news to share with us while your here?" Poe asks.
"Should we tell them?" Rey whispers to Ben. "I think it's time." Ben says whispering back.
"We do actually but I want Rose here as well. Where is she?" Rey asks as Connix shows up waving to Rey. "Hi Connix do you know where Rose is?" Rey asks. "Yeah, I'll go get her. It's nice to see you back Rey."
Connix says as Rey smiles & Connix walks away to go & find Rose.
Once Rose shows up she stands close to Poe & Finn & listens to Rey. "So what do you need to tell us?" Finn asks. "I'm glad you asked. I'm pregnant..." Rey says as everyone's eyes go wide open. "Are you serious! What's the gender do you know?!" Rose asks as Rey nods. "I do & it's a girl. She's not expected to come into this world until another 5 to 6 months but you'll meet her soon." Rey says as Finn & Rose get up & hug Rey. "We're so happy for you. So, who's the father?" Rose asks. "Rose! You know! It's Ben I married him remember!" Rey says as Poe laughs. "Oh yeah, now I remember! Sorry I work to much for me to remember things." Rose says. "What have you been working on Rose?" Rey asks. "Oh you know, ships that break down & stuff. 3 ships came in last week all of which had engine failure problems so that whole week I was working on 3 simple ships." Rose says. "Wow, I mean, isn't it hard for you?" Rey says. "No, it's not hard. It's just something you have to get used to doing & I'm used to doing stuff like that." Rose says as Rey nods. "Well if you need to go back & work on things go right on ahead. I won't stop you neither will Ben."
Rey says as Rose thanks her & walks away.
"You too guys if you need to go &do something go right on ahead we won't stop you. Poe go on, Finn I need to talk with you for a moment." Rey says as Poe walks off & Finn stays with Rey & Ben. "Ok, Poe's gone what do you need to talk about?" Finn asks. "Finn, I know your force sensitive, so, because you are I wanted to ask you if you wanted to come with Ben & I & learn somethings about becoming a Jedi. What do you say?" Rey says. "Rey are you saying you & Ben are gonna train me so I can become a Jedi?!" Finn says in excitement. "Yes, Finn but it's up to you if you wanna do it or not." Rey says. "Well, I'd rather do it later after your baby is born if you don't mind." Finn says. "I don't mind. I understand you not wanting to do it & doing it at a different time. We can do it after the baby is born. Well that was all, me & Ben are in the Falcon if you need us." Rey says as Finn nods & walks away as Rey & Ben walk over into the Falcon.
In the Falcon Rey lays down on the bed in the corner of the ship staring up at the wall above her. Ben was close by trying to see if Chewie was around. "Hey Ben?" Rey says. "Yeah?" Ben asks as he looks over the place for Chewie. "Now that we're here what should we do?" Rey asks. "I don't know what should we do? You wanna go explore the forest & get a head start on Finn's Jedi training? We could do that." Ben says. "I mean that's not a bad idea. I'll give it some thinking. What are you doing Ben?" Rey asks.
Ben knew she would finally ask that question & Ben answered her with the truth. "I'm looking for Chewie. I'm gonna get up off this couch in a minute & search..." Ben pauses as Rey turns her head to see Chewie walking down the hallway towards Ben & Rey.
"Hi Chewie!" Rey says as Chewie growls happily then turns his attention to Ben who was surprised but happy to see Chewie. "Hi buddy." Ben says as Chewie picks up Ben & hugs him then pulls away after giving him a warm hug. "Thanks bud. Rey's chilling out right now what have you been doing my furry friend?" Ben asks as Chewie shows him something in his furry hand.
It was Han's golden dice. Ben took the dice & held them in his arms.
"Thanks for the memories Chewie." Ben says as Rey gets up off the bed & sits down on the couch with Ben comforting him as she ran her hands down his back. "It's good to see you Chewie. Now can you give Ben & I a moment I understand you love Ben dearly just he needs sometime with me for awhile ok."
Rey says as Chewie moans & exits the Falcon leaving the golden dice with Ben.
"I know it's hard Ben, just relax." Rey says as Ben turns around & faces Rey. "Rey, I think it's time." Ben says. "Time to do what?" Rey questions. "To go to Yavin 4 & explore the burnt down Jedi Temple Luke had. I'm ready." Ben replies. "Ben are you sure your ready?" Rey asks. "I'm ready." Ben says. "Ok, we'll go I just need to inform Poe & Finn that we're leaving, stay here while I'm gone."
Rey says as she gives Ben a warm kiss & gets up & walks off of the Falcon.
As she goes over to Poe & Finn she tells them that Ben & her are leaving.
"Hi Poe, Finn I just wanted to let you know that were gonna go & do some more travelling around the galaxy I'll be back soon take care you guys." Rey says. "You too Rey, take care of Ben."
Finn says as Rey nods & walks away from them & goes back into the Falcon to see Ben on the floor sleeping.
Rey picks him up & settles him down in the bed giving him a kiss & then heading towards the cockpit to get the Falcon off the ground & into hyperspace.
