"NICK! DELETE THAT COMMENT NOW. I DONT WANT YOUR STANS SPAMMING ME ABOUT THIS SHIT." Rue shouted to her brother. She's always hated being the center of attention. Enjoyed quite things, like rain or even just sitting in the back of the classroom and not being called to answer the math question when she went to school. But never really enjoyed talking like she was speaking to the whole world. "OKAY OKAY IM SORRY." Nick. Her brother. Never got the memo of Rue's "hatred for attention." He never understood her really. If anything Rue was the total opposite of himself, but that was okay.

As Nick walks into his sisters room he asks, "when did you record the new song?" She looks up from her phone, holding her ukulele with her other hand, hair messy, and tiredness written across her face. "Uhm..I haven't recorded it yet but I'm planning to later. You can watch if you want I guess, maybe even help me..actually yeah please help me I need it."

He laughs, "okay sure I guess, I wasn't really planning on sleeping later. What's the song called?" He finally drops Himself on her bed, slightly dramatic. "Bubble Gum."

He nods. Bubble gum? How the hell would that relate to her? "What's it about?" He looks up to her giving him a death stare.

"Why so many questions Nicky Armstrong?" She smirks, knowing that he just wants to know what she's feeling. Rue always vents with her lyrics, and he knows that.

"I don't know, you know I always ask what your songs are about! So tell me!!" He sounded excited. He enjoyed his sister singing. Even he would be lying if he said his sisters singing didn't comfort him at most times.

"Well if you must know Mr. Armstrong, this song is kinda of an old idea. Remember when I dated that guy when I was 17? Ryan? Well basically I based it off of when we almost kissed. But then he broke up with me 2 days later. The meaning goes deeper."

"Can you sing it to me?"

She loved when her brother asked her that. It was comforting to the girl. Knowing that her brother enjoyed her singing, knowing that he enjoyed the one thing she enjoyed as well.

"Of course I will, but don't go around telling your friends about it okay" "okay." He smiles.

I'm definitely telling dream about this. He'll love a preview of a new song from one of his favorite artist.
