Yes I'm alive don't ask. I'll update the other story before I do this one again cos of my ballistic schedule.
Anyways, sorry for the long ass delay and here you go.

Weeks later, 2 PM.
Weeks passed after the first few days of class. Everyone had at least been acquainted with the rest of their sections. It was a bit chaotic for the first few days, but it significantly lessened since then.
It was a Thursday, so it meant it was time to go train in an hour. Free period was very noisy. There was basically no chance to get any peace and quiet around campus anymore.
Thankfully, on Thursdays, no two sections had the same training session hours. It was significantly easier to train people's abilities with less chaotic explosions and repulsive magic floating around aimlessly.
We see our Izumi in the library, as empty as it could be, by the 'Training' Section near the corner. He was trying to learn more on how his 'Ninja' role could come into use in combat.
The main reason he was trying to get some extra training was that their Gym Teacher, Sir Kaito, had announced a randomized friendly dueling session on Friday, which meant less than 24 hours until then.
Considering the fact they will be doing a randomized Single Elimination 48-people tournament per section on Friday, he had to face a max of 5 people. The first round was a free-for-all three person match, with the succeeding rounds being solo duels.
The days before, Izumi had been secretly training with Apollo by the training grounds. Apollo being a wizard made things slightly more destructive than it needed to be.
Apollo was a nature wizard, and Izumi was a lightning ninja. Their abilities never clashed whatsoever, which meant perfect for training. Apollo would need to read the scrolls by the back of the library to learn more on how to channel his abilities, whilst Izumi had to go to the complete opposite corner to get his ninjutsu scrolls.
Occasionally; however, he'd see knightess Kisaki Akane by the training grounds.
The Knightess had seemed to be trying to get better at combat as well. She'd been quiet for a while.
Surprisingly, though, he would see her hang out with one psychopath Minna, for reasons unknown. It was likely they were roommates or they knew each other beforehand, but he could never tell for sure.
He didn't need to dwell on asking that for long though, because as he thought of her, she came into his peripheral.
"Kisaki?" he asked out loud.
"Wha- who's there-- oh, hey Izumi. You're always in here, I've noticed." she replied.
"I could say the same for you, what brings you to the library?" he asked.
"Training, just trying to learn how to use my abilities to a better extent." she shrugged.
He took a small glance at the book she held in her left hand.
"Rapier melee weaponry wielding basics?" he half-read half-asked.
"Congrats, you can read." she chuckled.
"Thanks, love the sarcasm there mate."
"Come off it!" they both laughed.
"Aight settle down it's a library for crying out loud." they both did.

"So, I've been seeing you with a girl recently. Minna, if I'm not mistaken?"
"Oh, yes! She's a bit creepy, yes. Always spinning around a knife wherever she is."
