Alex's pov
I was staying at Beck's place, because Tori and Trina visited a relative of ours and our parents were out of town. I decided not to come with my sisters.
Beck and I were both laying in his bed cuddling and watching a movie. There was a little puppy between us from the little girl that is Beck's neighbor.
"Thanks, again for letting me stay at your place." I smiled at him.
"You know you don't even have to ask to stay at my place. Who would you have asked if I had said no?" He glanced at me curiously.
"I guess, I would have asked Charles. Because Louis and Cami are in France right now, otherwise I would have asked them. Why?" I faced him to see he has his jaw clenched and grew tense. This always happened when I mentioned Charles.
"Do you have a problem with Charles?" I questioned him.
"No, I don't have a problem with Charles."
"You know what, for now we can watch the movie in peace, but after the movie ended we will talk." I huffed and turned to look at the TV screen again.

I noticed Beck's phone vibrating. He picked it up and read the message.
"I'm sorry, but I can't watch the movie until the end with you. I have to go online. Andre texted me it's something about our school project." Beck excused himself.
"It's fine, if you want I can help you guys." I stated.
He sat himself down at his couch. I followed and picked up the puppy and cuddled it, as Beck opened his laptop and went online. Soon we were in the video chat.
"You requested my face." Beck smiled.
We could hear greetings from Tori, Andre and Cat.
"Is that a dog with you?" Tori asked.
"Oh, look at the puppy." Cat cooed.
"We are just watching him. It belongs to Beck's neighbor. She is at the moment at cheerleading practice." I answered.
"You live next door to a cheerleader?" Andre questioned.
"I do." Beck confirmed.
"Figures. I live next door to a one-legged old man who throws lemons at me." He continued.
"So, what's up?" Beck asked.
"Tori's plane's late." Andre answered.
"I don't get in til almost midnight." Tori informed us.
